This collection of papers is aimed at both the research community
and the professional involved with water supply systems within the
context of integrated urban water systems as a whole. Based on both

Gender inequality is an acute and persistent problem, especially in
developing countries.The inequality of woman's status and rights at
all levels of society, and discrimination against them in several
forms, remain a matter of serious concern the world over, and
notably in Pakistan. This study describes and analyses the current
position of women in Pakistan's labour market, focusing on the
quest for the equality of women in a largely male-dominated
society.because Sex discrimination is not an issue for government
alone, but for society at large.
