Since its first release in 2008, the official book of the Superbike World Championship has been an indispensible resource for all fans of the championship reserved for production derived bikes, the championship for bikes you can buy from your local dealer. Like every year, this book opens with a chapter devoted to the winner of the World Championship title. Plenty of space has been devoted to reports on the 12 scheduled races of the 2015 season, and to the bikes and riders that constitute the fundamental pieces in the complex SBK jigsaw. The "strong suit" of the official book, one of the parts that will delight fans of the series, is without doubt the one dealing with the engineering of these authentic jewels, described in the most minute detail - thanks to the contributions of specialists working for the various teams - and illustrated with numerous photos revealing all the secrets of the championship's leading players. The chapters on the "other world championships," Supersport and Superstock 1000 and 600 complete a book that should be on the shelves of every true fan.
SUPERBIKE 2014/2015: The Official Book covers all of the year's 14 races and provides the essential facts and results from each race. One of the features of this annual, one that enthusiasts will particularly enjoy is a chapter on the technology behind these motorcycles, revealed in minute detail with the help of the technicians that work for the different teams. Spectacular photos lay bare these stars of the world championship, each described with detailed specifications regarding all the key data on the engine and transmission. To complete this official book, there are sections featuring the other championships: Supersport and Superstock 1000 and 600. In SUPERBIKE 2014/2015: The Official Book there is everything an enthusiast could hope to know. Magnificent images created by Fabrizio Porrozzi, official photographer of the Superbike World Championship, make this book unforgettable.
The 2017 championship is analysed by the authors of this classic official annual, first published with the purpose of informing the public of one of the most compelling and fascinating world championships. Among the new elements for this season is the starting grid of race two, which has been revolutionised in relation to the past, with the winner of the Saturday race obliged to start from ninth place. But the variation of the technical regulation is marginal, apart from the confirmation once more of the various other championships, which were tested over many seasons and reserved for the 1000 and 600 cc, the new entry of the small SuperSport 300 stands out. Apart from the authors telling the stories, there is the work of Fabrizio Porrozzi, one of the best photographers of the SBK World Championship.
