Die Forschungsergebnisse dieser Arbeit beziehen sich auf die Genese sozialer Vernetzung unter der Bercksichtigung des Nichtbekanntschaftsprinzipes. Man kennt einander nicht und erhlt zum Beginn den Auftrag ins Gesprch ber eben jene Umstnde zu kommen, welche die Gruppe ausmachen. Struktur, wie Zeit, Raum und Teilnehmerzusammensetzung, ist vorgegeben. Dies erffnet die Mglichkeit sich ausschlielich auf die soziale Dimension zu konzentrieren. Die Problematik des Anfangens scheint vielleicht auch damit verbunden, dass soziale Reflexion und deren Vergemeinschaftung gelernt sein will. Man fhlt sich eben anfangs vor den Kopf gestoen, wenn der Auftrag, ber die Gruppe und was sie ausmacht, formuliert wird. Dies weist auf ein Kompetenzdefizit unserer Bildungskultur hin; die Konzentration auf das Inhaltliche bersieht die Bedeutung der sozialen Form. Die Trainingsgruppe stellt hier ein Lernmodell dar, das diese Blickbeschrnkung aufhebt.
