By examining the past, present and potential future of controversy caused by violence in film, especially in the United States of America, the United Kingdom and central Europe, it is clear to see that the overall trend is going towards increasing liberalisation and acceptance of violent content in mainstream cinema. The trend of movies becoming increasingly violent is very likely to continue in the future.

Ein grosser Anteil der Bevolkerung ist Mitglied bei mindestens einer Social Network-Seite. Dies ermoglicht einen weltweiten Zugriff auf soziale Netzwerke und die Kontaktaufnahme zu Anderen uber das World Wide Web. Auch an der Businesswelt ist diese Revolution nicht vorbeigezogen: Offentlichkeitsarbeit und Marketing werden zunehmend starker im Social Web betrieben, der Kostenaufwand dafur steigt jedes Jahr, da sich diese Ausgaben offensichtlich fur die Unternehmen lohnen. Social Media hat in zahlreichen Bereichen die traditionellen Massenmedien abgelost und ist fur viele aus dem heutigen Alltag nicht mehr wegzudenken. Diese drastischen Veranderungen haben positive und negative Auswirkungen. Darauf wird im Folgenden naher eingegangen

Gehoren Frauenzeitschriften zu der leitenden Kategorie, ist Boulevardjournalismus und Klatsch in vielen Genres vorzufinden. Selbst bei Nachrichten, Reportagen u.a. ist eine zunehmende Boulevardisierung festzustellen. Im Folgenden werden die konzeptionellen Grundlagen gestellt, indem der Begriff "Massenmedien," die Presse als Bestandteil davon und die Boulevardpresse als hier genauer behandeltes Genre definiert werden. Daraufhin werden die sozialen Aspekte, die bei der Entstehung, der Verbreitung, als auch bei dem Konsum boulevardesker Publizistik eine Rolle spielen naher erlautert. Woher stammt die menschliche Faszination mit Klatsch und Tratsch und wie gehen die Medien vor, um das Bedurfnis der Konsumenten danach zu befriedigen
