Das Spannungsfeld zwischen bestehenden Regelungsstrukturen und der Entstehung innovativer Finanzierungsformen gibt Anlass, sich mit der Bedeutung der finanzmarktaufsichtsrechtlichen Ziele im Hinblick auf die praktische Entwicklung neuer Geschaftsmodelle in der Kreditwirtschaft auseinanderzusetzen.
