L'autore del romanzo "Il volo dell'uccello rapace" e lo scrittore partenopeo Francesco Improta. Ecco la motivazione formulata dalla Giuria: "Una storia avvincente, che tiene il fiato sospeso fino alla fine. Si percepisce che chi ha scritto questo romanzo ha cercato di immaginare con gli occhi della mente ogni minimo dettaglio come se lo vedesse realmente.
