Die Auswirkungen des demografischen Wandels erfordern eine aktive und gemeinsame Gestaltung von Politik, Wissenschaft und Wirtschaft. Die Fahigkeit kontinuierlich Innovationen hervorzubringen avanciert zum Schlusselfaktor der heutigen Wirtschafts- und Arbeitswelt.
