Junior Hill states Evangelistic Praching 101 is "A book every
preacher should read." Evangelistic Preaching 101 is designed to
enhance the preacher's content, structure and delivery of the
evangelistic sermon that he may be more effective in winning souls
through preaching. In this endeavor, Frank Shivers has drawn not
only from thirty-six years of personal evangelistic ministry but
heavily from preachers like C. H. Spurgeon, Adrian Rogers, Stephen
Olford, W. A. Criswell, Roy Fish, Billy Graham, Faris Whitesell,
Robert E. Coleman, L. R. Scar-borough, George Sweazey, C. E.
Matthews, Gypsy Smith, J. C. Ryle, C. E. Autrey, John Bisagno,
Warren Wiersbe, E. J. Daniels, John R. Rice, and George W. Truett
who were (are) extremely successful evangelistic preachers.
Christian Basics 101 is a concise survey of foundational tenets of
the Christian faith designed to enhance spiritual growth and
service. Its thirteen lesson format makes it an excellent resource
for pastor classes, Sunday School curriculums, and Camp/Retreat
studies. Frank Shivers has been in vocational evangelism since 1974
and is a member both of his State and National Conference of
Southern Baptist Evangelists. He is a graduate of Charleston
Southern University (BA) and the New Orleans Baptist Theological
Seminary (Th.M). Frank has authored ten books including Soulwinning
101, The Evangelistic Invitation 101 and Revivals 101. In addition
to conducting crusades, revivals, and evangelistic rallies, Frank
hosts student camps and retreats at Longridge Camp and Retreat
Center, Ridgeway, South Carolina, a facility owned and operated by

Death of a loved one produces grief beyond measure - a hurt so deep
that it appears incurable and inescapable. Within you, me and every
man lies no capability to manage the painful process of grief thus
making any such attempt foolish. Wherein then does man's hope in
such despair lay? In Grief Beyond Measure, But Not Beyond Grace
Frank Shivers gives answer. Grief indeed is beyond measure to heal
yourself but not beyond God's grace to relieve granting peace and
hope. There is no hell on earth so deep but that God's grace can go
deeper still and no sorrow of heart so deep but that God's grace
can go deeper still.
