Unlike some other reproductions of classic texts (1) We have not
used OCR(Optical Character Recognition), as this leads to bad
quality books with introduced typos. (2) In books where there are
images such as portraits, maps, sketches etc We have endeavoured to
keep the quality of these images, so they represent accurately the
original artefact. Although occasionally there may be certain
imperfections with these old texts, we feel they deserve to be made
available for future generations to enjoy.

For more than 100 years the KLUGE has set the standard as
dictionary with regard to the origin and history of words of the
German language. The first edition was published in 1883, and since
that time it has been continually updated and revised. The KLUGE
traces the history of the origin and changes in meaning of
approximately 13,000 German words and loanwords that entered
German. The etymological dictionary is not only an invaluable aid
for linguists and language historians, it is also a treasure trove
for anyone interested in the etymological origins of our
vocabulary. From Aal to Zypresse, the KLUGE provides comprehensive
information on the origin and changes in form and meaning of all
common German words, thus creating a "biography" for each word. In
addition to the dictionary, KLUGE provides a concise introduction
into the terminology of historical vocabulary research and an
extensive bibliography on German etymology. The new KLUGE
represents a unique source of knowledge. Furthermore, it is a
reliable guide to the origins of the language we use daily, -
surprising discoveries are guaranteed! The eBookPlus offers fine
grained search criteria: headword, century of first documentation,
words in foreign languages, literature references and full text.
Completely in new official German orthography Represents current
status of linguistic and etymological research Contains numerous
new entries and articles With up-to-date references to every
headword
Diese Arbeit versucht, theoretische Aussagen der Betriebswirt
schaftslehre fur praktische Organisationsprobleme in Kreditin
stituten nutzbar zu machen. Dabei muss davon ausgegangen werden,
daS die Theorie der Zielsetzung der Unternehmung und die in der
Realitat der Kreditinstitute zu beobachtende Verhaltensweise der
FUhrungskrafte ziemlich unvermittelt nebeneinanderstehen. Ebenso
klaffen die Erkenntnisse der Organisationstheorie und die in der
Bankpraxis auftretenden Organisationsprobleme aus einander. Den
wichtigsten Ausgangspunkt fur die Erarbeitung praktisch
verwertbarer Ergebnisse stellt eine realitatsnahe Zielsetzung der
Entscheidungstrager in Kreditinstituten dar. Durch den Ruckgriff
auf die Motivforschung wird eine weitestgehende An naherung dieser
Ziele an die Wirklichkeit erreicht. Diese Ziel setzung des
Einzelnen bildet den Schlussel fur die Losung samt licher
Organisationsprobleme in Kreditinstituten.
Dissertation an genommen. Herzlich danke ich meinem sehr verehrten
Lehrer, Herrn Professor Dr. K. F. Hagenmuller, der diese Arbeit
ermoglicht, vielseitig angeregt, besonders gefordert sowie ihre
Veroffentlichung unter stutzt hat. Herrn Professor Dr. W. Engels
danke ich fur die Diskussionen und Hinweise zum Thema. Weiterhin
danke ich den KOllegen am Seminar fur Bankbetriebslenre fur viele
kritische Gesprache."
This is an EXACT reproduction of a book published before 1923. This

typographical errors, and jumbled words. This book may have
occasional imperfections such as missing or blurred pages, poor
pictures, errant marks, etc. that were either part of the original
artifact, or were introduced by the scanning process. We believe
this work is culturally important, and despite the imperfections,
have elected to bring it back into print as part of our continuing
commitment to the preservation of printed works worldwide. We
