How do organizations go about developing security specifically for e-commerce? The rush to implement exclusively e-commerce applications and infrastructure solutions has been waning over the past decade even though the online security issues have been taken as the afterthought to this context. Most of the security problems are a result of using Open Networks, Poor Software Design, and Integration of large systems without concern for security. However, with so many security options available, many organizations are not so keen in struggling to identify the best ways to counteract the threats they face.
