El objetivo de esta investigacion fue analizar el impacto de un programa de baile popular sobre distintos indicadores de calidad de vida y la percepcion del ambiente laboral. Los y las participantes ejecutaron los bailes de Swing Criollo Costarricense, Salsa, Merengue y Bolero. Resultados: se encontraron efectos significativos y positivos del programa de baile sobre la calidad de vida. Asimismo, se encontraron efectos positivos en las variables cohesion y apoyo, aspectos de su clima social de trabajo. Conclusion: El baile popular se constituye en una opcion muy importante para ser tomada en cuenta por las empresas que quieran mejorar su produccion y el bienestar de sus trabajadores y trabajadoras, al tiempo que se divierten y ejercitan bailando.
