the baser needs of miners and construction workers in for a spree.

Inspector McKernan is called in. He has plenty of questions. Who's
body is it? How did they die? How did they get to Mars in the first

murdered, it falls to Inspector McKernan to determine which of the
remaining twelve people at the station wielded the fatal weapon.

possible access and all the suspects would seem to have unbreakable
alibis, it will take all his skills as a detective to solve the
puzzle of A Death at Station Alpha - the long awaited sequel to The
Blood Red Sands of Mars
Egil Njalson was an aspiring lawyer. A lawyer with a difference.
Not only had he passed the bar, but he had an undergraduate degree
from the most prestigious school of magic in the country, the
California Institute of Thaumaturgy. Needless to say his caseload
and clients tended to the unusual. Like witches; or vampires. And
the opposition, well they were likely to be demons. But Egil
Njalson had sworn an oath to uphold the law of the land, and... The
Laws of Magic.
H. L. Gold is best known for his tenure as editor of Galaxy Science
Fiction one of the most influential science fiction magazines of
the 1950's. During that period he was as responsible for shaping
the genre as John W. Campbell had been a decade earlier. However,
he also was a talented writer, writing dozens of stories beginning
in the 30's and continuing on into the 60's. Shunning the super
science themes prevalent when he began writing, his characters were
more likely to be out of work actors, Jersey shore concessionaires,
or race track touts than scientists or space pilots, even if they
did deal with alien abductions and time travel. His own writing was
as imbued with humor and satire as those authors he cultivated at
Galaxy. Resurrected Press is proud to bring you this collection of
some of his best works in . . . H. L. Gold Resurrected Stories
include: The Trouble With Water, Love In the Dark, And Three to Get
Ready . . ., The Old Die Rich, No Charge For Alterations, At the
Post, The Enormous Room
During the 1950's Floyd Wallace was one of the regular contributors
to magazines such as Astounding, Amazing Science Fiction Stories,
and Galaxy. Though many of his stories have appeared in anthologies
over the years, the only collection of his works is a translation
into Italian. To remedy this oversight, Resurrected Press proud to
present this new collection of eleven of the best stories of Floyd
L. Wallace, including: - Accidental Flight - Delay in Transit -
Student Body - Tangle Hold - Forget Me Nearly - The Deadly Ones -
The Impossible Voyage Home - End as a World - Bolden's Pets -
Mezzerow Loves Company - Second Landing
During an era when women rarely appeared in science fiction
magazines, Evelyn E. Smith appeared regularly in the pages of
Galaxy and Fantastic Universe. Wry, humorous, and occasionally
sardonic, she brought a feminine touch to what was predominantly a
male world. Her aliens were a little different, and her humans
were, well, just a little alien. Resurrected Press is proud to
return these stories to print in Evelyn E. Smith Resurrected.
Stories included are: "Collector's Item," "The Vilbar Party,"
"Helpfully Yours," "The Doorway," "The Venus Trap," "Once a
Greech," "The Most Sentimental Man," "The Blue Tower," and "My Fair
Planet."
Raymond F. Jones is perhaps best known for his novel This Island
Earth, which was made into a movie of the same name. However, from
the 40's to the 60's he wrote numerous short stories and novellas
dealing with aliens and alien worlds and their affects on humans.
This collection brings back nine of his magazine works in Raymond
F. Jones Resurrected. Stories include: - Correspondence Course -
Tools of the Trade - Noise Level - The Colonists - The Unlearned -
Cubs of the Wolf - Human Error - The Memory of Mars - The Great
Gray Plague - Special Preview: The Blood Red Sands of Mars - by

car crash. Private detective Frank Slade has been hired by
Handler's beautiful girlfriend to investigate. Handler, seemingly

The 1930's marked the beginning of modern science fiction. During
this period, one of the most prolific writers was Harl Vincent. His
works appeared regularly in the major pulp magazines of the period,
primarily Amazing Stories and Astounding Stories. A practicing
mechanical engineer specializing in electrical apparatus for
Westinghouse, his stories were full of the super scientific devices
and intrepid heroes battling alien forces so popular during this
era, but there was also a sense of wonder and excitement at the
possibilities of the new world that science and technology could
bring. Resurrected Press is proud to offer this collection of some
of his best stories, including: Old Crompton's Secret, The Terror
of Air-Level Six, Silver Dome, Vagabonds of Space, Gray Denim,
Terrors Unseen, The Moon Weed, The Copper-Clad World, Creatures of
Vibration, Vulcan's Workshop, Wanderer of Infinity
