Seitdem ist das Jahrbuch durch eine zunehmende Offnung gegenuber dem kulturgeschichtlichen Umfeld von Eichendorffs Leben und Werk und seinen umfangreichen Rezensionsteil zu einem der fuhrenden Publikationsorte und Referateorgane zur klassisch-romantischen Zeit geworden. In jedem Jahrgang findet sich zudem eine Jahresbibliographie zu Eichendorff. Publikationssprache ist Deutsch."

Even for topics that appear to be exhausted, there remain prejudices to be countered and gaps to be filled.
