Taking off the wraps once more, but this time the action moves to
China for round three of the Mummy adventure. For 2,000 years the
ruthless Chinese Dragon Emperor (Jet Li) and his vast army of
warriors have been frozen in time, cast in clay, waiting for their
moment to rise again. When young archaeologist Alex O'Connell (Luke
Ford) is duped into bringing the ancient warlord back to life, he
soon realises he has to call in the only people he knows with
experience and knowledge of how to battle the undead - his parents,
father Rick (Brendan Fraser) and mother Evelyn (Maria Bello). As
the emperor attempts to re-unite with his massed warriors and
finally fulfil his dream of world domination, Alex and his family,
along with mystical, high-kicking sorceress Zi Juan (Michelle Yeoh)
and a rival cast of undead, have to pull out all the stops to keep
the evil tyrant from achieving his ends.
Inventing the Future: Information services for a New Millenium is a
sequel to Harris and Hannah's 1998 book Into the Future. In this
book they move beyond the rhetorical contests about the future of
the library and turn their attention to the more prosaic but vital
task of managing our ever more complex and constantly changing
libraries. The pages in this book present a blueprint that will
guide us in the re-visioning of library and information services,
allowing us to remain true to our inherited legacy while looking
insistently for innovative and effective ways of "inventing"our
future.

This book aims to end the confusion resulting from the huge
outpouring of conflicting health advice appearing in the media
almost daily. For example: Should we drink tap or bottled water? Is
it necessary to buy solely organic foods? Are we being poisoned by
pesticides and food additives? Are vitamin supplements really
necessary and which ones should we take? Do we have to exercise 5
times per week? All advice offered is based on the analysis of
existing scientific evidence and does not result from any alliance
to a Government Organisation, an Alternative Health or Lifestyle
Charity, or a Pharmaceutical Company. This book does not profess to
tell you how to live to be a 100 years old but it does show you,
SIMPLY, how to maintain health, fitness, strength, energy and a
feeling of well-being throughout your life and into your later
years.
