(1930), directed by Thomas Bentley, tells the story of a talented
young songwriter who finds himself caught up in a love triangle.
Polly Ward and Stuart Hall star. 'The Song You Gave Me' (1933),
directed by Paul L. Stein, follows Mitzi Hansen (Bebe Daniels), a
successful Viennese actress who encounters unexpected difficulties
winning the affection of her secretary Karl (Victor Varconi).
'Music Hath Charms' (1935), again directed by Bentley, follows the
exploits of a popular dance band led by Henry Hall. Finally, 'Over
She Goes' (1938), directed by Graham Cutts, details the comic
events that ensue when a music hall entertainer unexpectedly
inherits a title and becomes a member of the gentry. Stanley Lupino
is among the stars.
