This volume presents the proceedings of the 3rd International Scientific Conference on Sustainable Development (ESG 2022), St. Petersburg 2022. This volume presents the proceedings of the 4th International Scientific and Practical Conference on Digital Economy and Finances (DEFIN22) at the Saint-Petersburg University of Management Technologies and Economics (UMTE), which took place in March 2022.
