This romantic thriller is a modern reworking of George Bizet's opera, 'Carmen'. London Police Sergeant Joe (Hugo Speer) meets and falls in love with a spirited young gypsy named Carmen (Vivienne Harvey). Joe saves her from the hands of an Eastern European mob who forced her to work in the sex trade. Despite now being free from her captors, however, Carmen becomes determined to take vengeance on them.
