Cet ouvrage porte sur la caracterisation experimentale et numerique du comportement d'un materiau heterophase rematerialise issu d'un machefer d'incineration d'ordures menageres. Les machefers sont les residus solides issus de la combustion des ordures menageres dans des fours d'usine d'incineration. L'utilisation des machefers dans le domaine du Genie Civil est une voie de valorisation tres interessante etant donne que les quantites d'ordures menageres sont de plus en plus importantes alors que les materiaux utilises dans les travaux publics se rarefient. Toutefois, la complexite numerique de ce probleme demande une attention particuliere pour identifier une loi de comportement specifique au type de materiau "machefer" vu d'une part l'origine heterogene du materiau et d'autre part ses caracteristiques. L'objectif de ces travaux est de developper un outil de calcul numerique performant qui permet de realiser des calculs dedies. La methodologie utilisee ici se base sur l'utilisation du progiciel CESAR-LCPC developpe par le LCPC.

Die Unternehmen sehen sich aufgrund dessen einem international verscharften Wettbewerb, der sowohl Risiken als auch Chancen in sich birgt, gegenubergestellt. Um dieser neuen globalen Herausforderung gerecht werden zu konnen, sind betriebswirtschaftliche Anpassungserfordernisse zwingend. So ist durch das Umwandlungssteuergesetz nach den 15, 20 und 24 UmwStG die flexible Moglichkeit gegeben, steuerneutrale Umwandlungsvorgange (Formwechsel, Verschmelzung, Spaltung und Voll- oder Teilubertragung von Vermogen) durch eine Ubertragung und Fortfuhrung von Buchwerten zu realisieren, d.h. die Aufdeckung und hierdurch bedingte Versteuerung von stillen Reserven unterbleibt. Auch das Einkommensteuergesetz sieht eine Steuerprivilegierung mitunter bei Betriebsverpachtung, Betriebsverausserung, Betriebsaufgabe und Betriebsaufspaltung nach den 6, 16, 34 EStG vor. Die o.g. steuerprivilegierten Sachverhalte sind an enge Tatbestandsvoraussetzungen gebunden, die mitunter das Merkmal der wesentlichen Betriebsgrundlage" zwingend zugrunde legen. Auch wenn diese steuerrelevanten Sachverhalte auf unterschiedlichen Gesetzesarten basieren, haben sie dennoch den gleichbedeutenden Begriff der wesentlichen Betriebsgrundlage" gemein.
