It seeks to contribute to a more nuanced understanding of certain fundamental concepts in political and legal theory, such as the concepts of authority, power, social practice, the rule of law, and justice by furnishing and sharpening our concepts of trust and trustworthiness. Bringing together contributors from across the social, cognitive, historical, and political sciences, the book opens up inquiries into central concepts in legal theory as well as new approaches and methodologies. The interdisciplinary contributions analyse the notions of trust, trustworthiness, and distrust and apply them to address a variety of problems and questions.

Sono un cuoco e non uno scrittore professionista, per cui se ci fossero errori grammaticali o disattenzioni che mi sono sfuggite mi scuso in anticipo con il lettore. In seguito al primo Happy Slow Cooking, alcuni mi hanno contattato chiedendomi di scrivere un libro di sole ricette per la Slow Cooker. Per cui ecco il secondo libro, nessuna introduzione ma solo tante ricette da provare e gustare. Viste, inoltre, alcune critiche al primo libro, per alcune lacune, ho cercato di integrare le ricette con pesci, legumi e verdure, sperando di accontentare quanti piu possibile.

Cholangiocarcinoma is the second most frequent primary neoplasm of the liver and its incidence is increasing in Western countries. These neoplasms arise from the biliary tract and can be categorized according to their anatomical location as intrahepatic and extrahepatic cholangiocarcinomas. The prognosis of these neoplasms is poor and most patients are not suitable for curative resection at the time of diagnosis, due to advanced stage of tumor. Complete surgical resection still remains the only effective and potentially curative therapy. Both intrahepatic and hilar cholangiocarcinoma often requires major liver resection to obtain a radical treatment. In recent years the improvements in non- invasive diagnostic imaging modalities, a better understanding of liver anatomy, the improvements of preoperative optimisation of liver function (preoperative biliary drainage, portal vein embolization), the increased safety of liver surgery have gradually improved the outcome. Moreover, aggressive surgical approach could increase curative surgery. Still now the role of adjunvant therapies and liver transplantation are not well clarified.
