Thus, it builds a bridge between the classic theory of oscillations and its practical application in the dynamic problems for cyclic machines. The author take into account that, in the process of training engineers for jobs in engineering industries, producing cyclic machines, insufficient attention is paid, until now, to the problems of dynamic and especially to oscillations.
