Der von den Autoren erarbeitete Diiitkatalog ist aus den Erfahrungen mit der Diiitetik an den Medizinischen Einrichtungen der U niversitiit Dusseldorf hervorgegangen, urn die sich die Leitung der Lehranstalt fUr Diiitassistentin- nen und der Diiitkuche sowie Arzte der 2. Medizinischen Klinik in enger Zusammenarbeit besonders verdient gemacht haben.
