This book makes available in English important essays delivered at the Pontifical Gregorian University in Rome to mark the fortieth anniversary of the Second Vatican Council's Declaration on the Relationship of the Church to Non-Christian Religions (Nostra Aetate). Im Vorschriftenteil erfolgt die Aufnahme des Bodenschutzge- setzes Nordrhein-Westfalen nebst der dazugehoerenden amtlichen Begrundung. Ebenso wurden die Pruf- und Ableitwerte eingefugt. Die zweite (VwV Bodenproben) und dritte Verwaltungsvorschrift (Anorganische Schadstoffe) zum Bodenschutzgesetz Baden-Wurt- temberg sind seit 20. Dezember ausser Kraft getreten( GABl. S. 431). Beide Verwaltungsvorschriften bleiben fur eine UEbergangszeit noch in der Sammlung. Zuletzt noch ein Hinweis in eigener Sache. Unser Werk "Boden- schutzrecht-Praxis" wird zukunfig bei einem anderen, ebenfalls sehr renommierten Wissenschaftsverlag erscheinen.
