This book contains a description of a variety of religions, the title of the religious leader, days held sacred, beliefs related to health and illness, their customs and practices, death and dying, beliefs related to medical practices, beliefs related to reproduction, and possible implications related to health care. Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2008 im Fachbereich BWL - Bank, Borse, Versicherung, Note: 1,7, Universitat Hamburg (Unternehmens- und Schiffsfinanzierung), Veranstaltung: Empirical Finance Seminar, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Im Vergleich zu anderen etablierten Assetklassen existiert relativ wenig Forschung zu Investitionsmo glichkeiten im Schifffahrtsbereich. Um ein tieferes Versta ndnis der Investition im Schifffahrtsbereich zu erhalten, beleuchtet diese Arbeit Schifffahrtsaktien als Assetklasse, wobei Schifffahrtsaktien als die grossen Seeschifffahrtslogistikdienstleister definiert werden. Ziel ist es, Schifffahrtsaktien von anderen Anlageformen abzugrenzen und Handlungsempfehlungen fu r einen diversifizierten Investor zu geben. Es werden zuna chst die Risiko-/Renditeeigenschaften von Einzelaktien und eines Schifffahrtsaktienindex untersucht. Ergebnis ist, dass sich die Schifffahrtsaktien nicht im Sinne ihrer Risiko-/Renditestruktur von klassischen Aktieninvestitionen unterscheiden und im betrachteten Sample eine effiziente Bewertung der Schifffahrtsaktien vorliegt. Darauffolgend werden die Treiber von Risiko und Rendite untersucht. Im Ergebnis la sst sich ein signifikanter Einfluss von Devisenkurs, O lpreis und Marktrendite feststellen. Des Weiteren wird die Schifffahrtsaktie im diversifizierten Portfolio untersucht. Dazu werden Sharpe Ratios und Portfoliogewichte innerhalb verschiedener gemischter diversifizierter Portfolios aus Aktien und Staatsanleihen betrachtet. Nach dieser Untersuchung kann festgehalten werden, dass sich die Sharpe Ratio nicht verbessern la sst und dass die Schifffahrtsaktien in das effiziente Portfolio mit einem insignifikanten negativen Gewicht eingehen
