It's no secret that the majority of wealth is tied to real estate.
After experiencing success, my wife and I have become somewhat
evangelical about real estate. Furthermore, this is a great way to
build self-esteem, equity, and retirement for yourself and your
family. If you're interested in a get-rich-quick scheme, put this
book back on the shelf and pick up one of the many other books on
the topic. I do not have seminars and progressive steps to my
approach, at least not yet. What I have done, and my philosophy, is
to provide a somewhat simple and realistic approach to property
investing. Hopefully, you will see the benefit of property
investing and try this on your own. Perhaps the greatest barrier to
investing in property is overcoming fear. I am reminded of the Nike
slogan from the eighties "Just do it." Whenever anyone
incredulously asks me how I got into real estate, the simple answer
is that I simply did.
The first book to address timing considerations in testing and
assessment. Offers actionable strategies built from cutting-edge
research made possible through advances in technology-based
assessments. The comprehensive approach of this book, including
both theoretical and practical information, will position it as the
definitive resource on the subject within the market.

Originally published in 1990. Research into the provison made for
the 30 million Americans, aged sixty-five and up, whom society
calls "old."
The purpose of this book is to interpret more sensitively some of
the offerings of the standard text book of general chemistry. As a
supplement thereto, it covers various aspects of formulation and
stoichiometry that are frequently treated far too perfunctorily or,
in many instances, are not considered at all. The inadequate
attention often accorded by the comprehensive text to many topics
within its proper purview arises, understandably enough, from the
numerous broad and highly varied objectives set for the first year
of the curriculum for modern chemistry in colleges and
universities. For the serious student this means, more often than
not, the frustrations of questions unanswered. The amplification
that this book proffers in the immediate area of its subject covers
the equations representing internal redox reactions, not only of
the simple but, also, of the multiple disproportionations of which
the complexities often discourage an undertaking despite the
challenge they offer: distinctions to be observed in the balancing
of equations in con trasting alkali-basic and ammonia-basic
reaction media; quantitative contributions made by the ionization
or dissociation effects of electrolytes to the colligative
properties of their solutions; intensive application of the
universal reaction principle of chemical equivalence to the
stoichiometry of oxidation and reduction."
This is a collection of freshly invited papers by a number of
well-known philosophers and theorists attracted to the puzzles of
interpretation in the sciences, history, literature, and the arts.
Interpretation is usually viewed as a specialized discipline in one
or another domain-sacred texts, law and political constitutions,
poetry and painting and music. But notably since the French
Revolution and the rise of post-Kantian philosophy, culminating in
Hegel, interpretation has come into its own as a distinctive
problematic bearing on the theory of reality and the conditions for
the objective characterization of different parts of the world. It
is now noticeably difficult to separate the specialized
interpretive work of one or another discipline from larger
reflections on interpretation's role in our account of knowledge
and reality themselves. The papers here collected have isolated and
pursued the most salient puzzles of what now forms the theory of
interpretation.
