The literature on entrepreneurship research has generally ignored
the agricultural sector. Few entrepreneurship scholars who are
mostly agricultural economists and rural sociologists have
contributed in parallel with an isolated body of work without much
integration and a larger research agenda. Most of the work in
agriculture entrepreneurship focuses on the traditional operations
of the sector but lacks the theoretical framework required for a
broader conceptual understanding of entrepreneurship in the
agriculture sector. There is not much alliance between these two
parallel research streams. Theoretical and methodological
differences have constrained the interdisciplinary collaboration.
Driving Factors for Venture Creation and Success in Agricultural
Entrepreneurship assesses the main themes of agripreneurship,
discusses important contextual aspects of the agriculture sector to
enhance the understanding of entrepreneurship, and highlights how
the key contextual dimensions of the agricultural sector can
elucidate some of the less understood aspects of entrepreneurship
theory and practice. Covering topics such as agribusiness and farm
entrepreneurship, it is ideal for entrepreneurs, agriculturalists,
professionals, researchers, students, academicians, and
policymakers working in the field of entrepreneurship in various
disciplines: management, education, agriculture education,
sociology, economics, psychology, and technology.

From award-winning Eritrean author Haji Jabir comes a profoundly
intimate novel about one man's tireless attempt to find his place
in the world. Dawoud is on the run from his murky past, aiming to
discover where he belongs. He tries to assimilate into different
groups along his journey through North Africa and Israel, changing
his clothes, his religious affiliations, and even his name to fit
in, but the safety and peace he seeks remain elusive. It seems
prejudice is everywhere, holding him back, when all he really wants
is to create a simple life he can call his own. A chameleon,
Dawoud-or David, Adal, or Dawit, depending on where and when you
meet him-is not lost in this whirl of identities. In fact, he is
defined by it. Dawoud's journey is circuitous and specific, but the
desire to belong is universal. Spellbinding to the final page,
Black Foam is both intimate and grand in scale, much like the
experiences of the millions of people migrating to find peace and
safety in the twenty-first century.

Liber Expugnationis Regionum, also known as Kitab Futuh al-Buldan (
), or Book of the Conquests of Lands is a condensed version of a
longer history. It describes the wars and conquests of the Arabs
from the 7th century, and is considered chief among Al Biladuri's
surviving works. This is a second edition, edited and with an
introduction (in Latin) by the famous Dutch orientalist M.J. de
Goeje. The text of the book is in Arabic.AHMAD BIN YAHYA BIN JABIR
AL BILADURI (d. 892) was a Persian historian from the Ninth
Century, considered today as a reliable source of early Arabic and
Islamic history, particularly of the Muslim expansion. He lived at
the court of the caliphs Al-Mutawakkil and Al-Musta'in in Baghdad,
and served as tutor to al-Mutazz's son. He died in 892 from an
overdose of the drug baladhur (from which Al Biladuri's name is
derived).
Nanoscale Memristor Device and Circuits Design provides theoretical
frameworks, including (i) the background of memristors, (ii)
physics of memristor and their modeling, (iii) menristive device
applications, and (iv) circuit design for security and
authentication. The book focuses on a broad aspect of realization
of these applications as low cost and reliable devices. This is an
important reference that will help materials scientists and
engineers understand the production and applications of nanoscale
memrister devices. A memristor is a two-terminal memory nanoscale
device that stores information in terms of high/low resistance. It
can retain information even when the power source is removed, i.e.,
"non-volatile." In contrast to MOS Transistors (MOST), which are
the building blocks of all modern mobile and computing devices,
memristors are relatively immune to radiation, as well as parasitic
effects, such as capacitance, and can be much more reliable. This
is extremely attractive for critical safety applications, such as
nuclear and aerospace, where radiation can cause failure in
MOST-based systems.

This book covers the following on a wide variety of surgery cases
such as general surgery, neurosurgery, orthopedic and traumatology,
otorhinolaryngology-head, and oncology. Other topics related to
surgery in this volume include anesthesiology, oncology, and
anatomical pathology. This book provides an authentic, fresh, and
educational case in each section. The purpose of this book is to
contribute some perspective on basic science and clinical evidence
of unusual case, which will give educational benefit to our
readers. In addition, this volume is designed to meet the demand of
practitioners to face challenging and unexpected cases in the
surgical field, which readers will find very helpful. This valuable
book contains 38 real cases in surgery. Access to case scenario is
given at the beginning, followed by physical examination,
differential diagnosis, and management in surgery. We emphasize in
evidence-based medicine to expand the knowledge of surgical
education and practice. The explanation was conducted
understandably, and key learning points were summed up to help the
readers. We believe that our readers will find this text, written
by our best practitioners and specialists, very informative and
useful.
An explosive story of love and loyalty that will reach inside of
you and pull out whatever holds you together J. Jabir Pope has
raised the bar for this genre of fiction
This work investigates theoretically the characteristics of various
terahertz antenna configurations formed by metallic CNT materials
after modeling their conductivity accurately. The frequency
dependent complex conductivity of the CNT material is taken into
account in the investigation of these advanced antennas. The
concept of effective conductivity is introduced for both SWCNT and
MWCNT to make them in analogy with conventional antennas made of
bulk metallic wires. This is useful to apply Maxwell's equations
simply to predict the electromagnetic properties of the CNT
antennas. Quantitative predictions of the performance of CNT
antenna dipoles, including input impedance, reflection coefficient,
gain, and efficiency, are presented as a function of frequency.
Simulation is carried further to predict the performance
characteristics of square loop, circular loop, and helical
antennas. All antenna configurations are simulated using computer
simulation technology (CST) microwave studio (MWs) software package
which is based on finite integration technique (FIT) instead of
MoM. The results indicate that impedance matching is a serious
problem in CNT antennas.
