Collection of two comedies. In 'No Strings Attached' (2011), when long-time friends Emma (Natalie Portman) and Adam (Ashton Kutcher) decide to add a physical dimension to their relationship and move into 'friends with benefits' territory, they agree to keep things strictly casual and on a 'no strings' basis. But before long both of them find things becoming more complicated than planned as those pesky emotions get in the way. In 'Morning Glory' (2010), a sparky, ambitious young television producer spies an opportunity to claw her way up the career ladder when she is offered a job on 'Daybreak', the worst-performing morning chat show in the ratings. Her decision to hire veteran newscaster Mike Pomeroy (Harrison Ford) to host the show meets with scepticism from network executive Jerry (Jeff Goldblum) and co-host Colleen Peck (Diane Keaton), and with little enthusiasm from Pomeroy himself, who is obliged by his contract to take this less-than-promising gig. Can Becky overcome the poor ratings and in-fighting to bring the team together and transform the show into something to be proud of?

This book is about my lifetime of adventure and inside I explain how I overcame a hand disability from birth to become a British and Scottish Rally Champion, but my story is not just about motor sport: I have also worked for a top Hollywood film producer and shared breakfast with one of the world's top female film stars. I have also interacted with two US presidents, and met many other wonderful people. My book also delves into the realms of working with top world rally constructor as well as major motor manufacturer. The many and varied characters I have met during my lifetime has also made my life so much more colourful, and you can meet many of these characters within the pages of this book. Yes, I have met all of life's challenges to date.

This volume contains the proceedings of the ACM SIGPLAN Workshop on L- guages, Compilers, and Tools for Embedded Systems (LCTES 2000), held June 18, 2000, in Vancouver, Canada. Embedded systems have developed consid- ably in the past decade and we expect this technology to become even more important in computer science and engineering in the new millennium. Interest in the workshop has been con rmed by the submission of papers from all over the world. There were 43 submissions representing more than 14 countries. Each submitted paper was reviewed by at least three members of the program committee. The expert opinions of many outside reviewers were in- luable in making the selections and ensuring the high quality of the program, for which, we express our sincere gratitude. The nal program features one invited talk, twelve presentations, and ve poster presentations, which re?ect recent - vances in formal systems, compilers, tools, and hardware for embedded systems. We owe a great deal of thanks to the authors, reviewers, and the members of the program committee for making the workshop a success.
