"Possibly the greatest-ever song about childhood BFFs.” —
Entertainment Weekly "We're Going to be Friends" is one of The
White Stripes most enduring and loved songs. With the help of
illustrator Elinor Blake, the perennial favorite feels right at
home on the page as a children's book. Join Suzy Lee as she goes to
school with her books and pens, looks for bugs, shows and tells,
and finds a friend. “Jack White has written a perfect story and
Elino Blake's art is enchanting. It harkens back to 1940s Golden
Books. Read it while listening to either Jack or Elinor sing the
story. It’s a sonic/optic treat.” — John Kricfalusi, creator
The Ren and Stimpy Show "It’s back to school! Walk with Suzy Lee
and her new friend. In hues of red, black and white with nods to
classic animation and mid-century picture books, Elinor Blake
creates an enchanted vision for Jack White’s gentle story of new
friendship.”—Nina Crews, author The Neighborhood Mother Goose.
In my favorite picture books text and art feel like they were
conceived as one. This book has that quality. The text is the
lyrics from the wonderful, now classic song "We're Going To Be
Friends" by Jack White. In place of sound and music we have Elinor
Blake's pictures. These images surprise and delight and have a
genuine and rare timelessness, I can easily visualize this charming
creation sitting snug between books by Robert McCloskey and Garth
Williams on any bookshelf both past and present. — Tony Fucile,
animator The Lion King, Finding Nemo

"Abraham Lincoln: His Dark Side Exposed" is written like a page
turning mystery novel but the entire book is true. You will learn
disturbing and murky secrets about the man responsible for over a
million deaths and total destruction of the once proud antebellum
South. Discover the truth that the Civil War was not fought to free
the African slaves, rather it was a battle for control of the House
of Representatives. Even though almost 16,000 books have been
published on President Lincoln none have dared pull back the covers
to reveal his dark side.
Psychologists are increasingly being asked to give evidence in
court as expert witnesses, yet for some it can be a harrowing
experience. Writing Reports for Court provides essential support
for psychologists when preparing a court report and giving
evidence.A well prepared report underpins an effective court
presentation. The credibility of a psychologist called upon to
prepare a report for court will be questioned if the document
presented is viewed poorly. The court will place little weight on
the report and the psychologist's professional reputation will be
placed at risk. This book offers guidance on the content and
structure of reports, highlights the importance of assessments that
directly address the legal questions under consideration, and
includes detailed descriptions of relevant law and practice in
Australia, Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, New
Zealand and Singapore.Featuring several comprehensive case studies,
this book serves as an excellent resource for any working
psychologist who may find themselves in a criminal court as well as
any psychologist or student considering a career in forensic work.
John Wesley Hardin was the son of a Methodist minister who named
his second boy after the founder of his church. The Reverend wanted
Wes to become a man of faith; along the way the Preacherman's son
drifted. By the time Wes was 15 he shot and killed 4 men. These
deaths were the gateway to a killing spree that lasted ten years.
Not a serial killer the majority of Hardin's shootings were carried
out in the old west tradition; the man with the fastest draw wins.
By the time Hardin was 25 he had killed 42 men. Wes' life story
reads like an old fashioned, page turning murder mystery. The
action takes place immediately after the Civil War during the
Reconstruction period. He was the most wanted man in the state;
Texas Rangers, local Sheriffs, Union Soldiers and numerous bounty
hunters frantically looked for John Wesley Hardin. If you enjoy a
thriller Preacherman's Son will not disappoint. My heartfelt wish
is you will enjoy reading my historical novel as much as I did
penning the words.

Jack White's intentions were to weave a story of a strong hearted
people in a Territory of Greatness. From the discovery of golden
fields of tall grass in 1541 by Spanish explorer Francisco Vasquez
de Coronado until the United States' Congress made Oklahoma the
46th state in November 1907. Moving from family to family to
transport the story from one generation to the next Jack
intertwined enough mystery and intrigue to make the book a
page-turner. This is definitely not a historical novel filled only
with boring dates and unimaginative facts. The story flows and
meanders like a winding stream until President Teddy Roosevelt
witnesses John Abernathy, an Oklahoman, grabbing angry Lobo wolves
with his bare hands. Jack White's goal from the first word typed
was to put on paper a record of the history of the most interesting
Territory in the greater United States. "Run Oklahoma Run" is a
book you will pass down to your great grandchildren.
It's amazing how something as simple as eBay can be so difficult to
figure out. I knew if millions were selling and buying on eBay the
process had to be fairly easy. I knew the test would be false if I
marketed art on eBay under Jack White. I'm too well known to make
it fair. So I invented Cody Brown, a Texas cowboy artist. It took
six months of dedication and hard work to figure out the process.
The first full year Cody grossed $30,000, $40,000 the second and
$45,000 his final year on eBay. In "Mystique of Marketing Art on
eBay" I will hold your hand and share the secrets of success. Some
are so simple you will slap your head for not seeing the way. Other
tricky ones took a while to discover. After reading this book you
will know all that is needed to earn a living making and marketing
art on eBay. Follow the guidelines and it's a WIN WIN for you.
"Sea to Shining Sea: The Mexican American War and the Manifest
Destiny" is a stand-alone sequel to Jack White's historical novel
"Ten Years In Texas". "Sea to Shining Sea" is set during the years
1846 to 1848 and covers the bloody war between the two major North
American powers. Jack deals with the deception and backstabbing on
both sides of the Rio Grande, along with the heroic efforts of
individuals who braved their lives for the Manifest Destiny.
Written with the nail biting excitement of a novel, "Sea to Shining
Sea" is historically accurate down to the weapons used on each
side. By the end of the war the United States extended from the
Atlantic to the Pacific Ocean, with President James K. Polk
doubling America's landmass during his four years in the Oval
Office. If you enjoy history you will love "Sea to Shining Sea".
This historical novel is crammed full of interesting tidbits and
information not found in any books covering this important moment
in America's colorful past.
