Steve McQueen stars in this classic action movie about Frank Bullitt, a San Francisco detective who has become hardened to crime. He is assigned by an over ambitious politician Chalmers (Robert Vaughn) to protect a key Mafia member who is due to appear in hearings that would catapault Chalmers into the public eye. But the safe house is ambushed, his friend is murdered and the witness is critically injured. Bullitt decides to search for the origin of the leak and the killers himself, despite Chalmers trying to interfere and shut down the investigation in a bid to keeping the hearings going. The film features one of cinema's most famous car chases, and expert driver McQueen performs all his own stunts.

Aspiring writer Tilly (Steadman) has been travelling around Europe with her grandmother Isabella (Bisset) being shown what it is like to live in modern 1870's society. As they arrive in Dublin Isabella plans to teach Tilly the value of letters and the written word and she sets up a meeting with Ireland's poet laureate the Earl of Shannon (Robert O'Mahoney). What Isabella fails to tell Tilly, however, is that the Earl of Shannon is a past love and she hopes that he will pull some strings to get Tilly's work published.

Toni Collette and Drew Barrymore star as lifelong best friends in this comedy drama directed by Catherine Hardwicke. The story follows the inseparable London pair Milly (Collette) and Jess (Barrymore), who have been friends since they were schoolgirls, as they confront the life-altering events that await them in adult life. Milly's world falls apart when she is diagnosed with cancer and, as she begins receiving treatment, she has to explain the situation to her two young children while her husband Kit (Dominic Cooper) slowly loses interest in her. Jess tries her best to support her friend while also trying to start a family of her own with her boyfriend Jago (Paddy Considine).
