This book combines three previously published titles: 1. "PreAdamic
Creation-Genesis Gap" 2. "The 'Genesis Gap' - Ignored and
Misunderstood" 3. "The 'Genesis Gap' of Creationism Revisited" This
resource is comprehensive from the biblical perspective, on the
subject of an earth created by God that predates the one that was
later created to be Adam's domain. This teaching which is derived
from many passages of both the Old and New Testaments is one of
ongoing controversy however; many who study the Holy Bible are very
interested in knowing what it actually reveals in regard to God's
creation and the age of the earth and universe. In many cases,
those who disagree with this well-substantiated doctrine have not
actually heard or read a detailed presentation of it or they are
mistaken regarding the basic aspects of it (i.e. it is confused
with the "day-age theory," it is thought to be a compromise of the
scriptures to compete with "the theory of evolution" or that it is
scripturally out-of-context). This book resource covers all
important aspects of this intriguing Bible subject, with each point
of truth being solidly confirmed by the Holy Scriptures. The
attentive reader will find that scriptural-backing for each aspect
of the teaching is not taken out-of-context but agrees completely
with what God's Word actually reveals in regard to His awesome
creation. SECTION ONE: Title: "Pre-Adamic Creation-Genesis Gap"

Genesis Gap is both Logical and Scriptural
The Genesis Gap and The Ruin Reconstruction Theory teaching is
based on something observed in the scriptures by Bible scholars as
far back as the 2nd century AD. The doctrine recognizes a gap of
time that is revealed in the first 2 verses of Genesis chapter 1
and a catastrophic judgment that caused the earth to become without
form and void (Genesis 1:2). There are however many other
scriptural references that reveal a pre-adamic event that involved
the revolt of angels led by the archangel Lucifer that is believed
to have caused this catastrophic judgment of flood and darkness on
the earth, prior to the re-creation of it as the domain for Adam
(mankind). There are many reputable Bible study sources, including
Study-Bibles and respected Christian teachers and preachers who
accept the doctrine as being scripturally-backed. There are also
reputable teachers and Bible scholars who do not accept it. It is
my intention in this book, to offer scriptural backing for this
doctrinal belief that I believe to be well-substantiated in the
Holy Scriptures. If this subject is of interest to you and you have
not heard or read a complete representation of this teaching, you
will be intrigued by what is contained within the chapters of this
book. - Jim Lowrance CHAPTER ONE: What is the Genesis Gap? CHAPTER

This extensive resource, on the subject of hypothyroidism, contains
22 chapters. With over 20,000 words dedicated to all aspects of
hypothyroid conditions, their symptoms, diagnoses and treatments. I
discuss blood tests and other diagnostic methods for detecting
under-functioning thyroid glands, problematic symptoms experienced
by "treated hypothyroid patients" and aspects of improving and
optimizing thyroid hormone replacement therapy . I have combined
two of my most popular hypothyroidism books, into one comprehensive
resource. The content of these combined written works, is formatted
for easy to follow reading and in language intended for the average
layperson thyroid patient I sincerely believe this resource can
benefit hypothyroid patients, who are seeking to better understand
this metabolic disease that will in the vast majority of cases,
require lifelong treatment. SECTION ONE: "A Complete Look at
Hypothyroidism" (5 chapters - originally published in eBook form,
in year 2008) SECTION TWO: "The Best Darn Hypothyroidism eBook "

Some readers of this short subject resource, may believe that
authors who are attacked, should not feel that it is wrong for
those who are doing so or that reviewers who are attacked, should
not feel that it is a wrong action by those perpetrators either. In
reality, both parties should feel that the other involved party has
a right to express her/his opinions about a book or a review but
that it should be done "within reasonable decency." By this term, I
simply refer to published opinions directed at other living people,
not containing attacks, defamation or purposeful twisting of what a
book - or of what a review expresses generally (purposeful
misrepresentation), via one's own public response to them. I've
made similar statements before but I will say again that "freedom
of speech" has had its definition expanded upon by people who would
like to see an anything goes society (at least they think they
would). However, there are laws and online website guidelines that
are supposed to prevent this from happening. They are not placed
there to take away a free society but so that threats of murder,
public rants or threats expressed otherwise, about a persons race,
religion, sex or orientation, are all disallowed. By setting
limitations on a freedom, you prevent chaos from evolving from it
and you actually protect many other rights at the same time. For
example, if one threatens someone else with bodily harm, publicly,
this is an illegal expression that is not free to be practiced and
can lead to the arrest of the guilty party. When you hear some
proponents of freedom of speech and expression, defending that
right (a very proper thing to do, when done in-balance), you would
think that they believe these freedoms were granted to free
societies, so that anything can be said or expressed. However, try
expressing your perceived freedom to walk naked in a public place
for example, and you are guaranteed to be thrown in jail or at
least fined for either misdemeanor or felony "indecent exposure."
There have been blogs created addressing both sides of the
"authors-reviewers wars" issue, being that of authors feeling that
some reviews are going overboard by including attack type language
within them. Some authors on the other hand, are not willing to
receive critical reviews of any kind, even those that are written
in a straightforward, honest fashion but that include some
strongly-dissatisfied language within them (something I have been
falsely accused of complaining about). Anyone... and I do mean
"anyone," who does not see that there literally are two extremes
that exist within the author and reviewer arena, either are in
purposeful denial or they simply aren't paying attention. There are
in fact authors who can't take even honestly-offered criticism and
who actually attack reviewers for giving them an unfavorable review
.... (Much more is covered within the three book Headings listed

This is now my third short subject book (Approx. 4,472 words in
length), regarding a negative publishing experience I have had on
the world wide web, that I was eventually able to glean positive
things from. While I have written about other similar experiences
in past books, this is my first time for relating this particular
one. I will not be referring to any websites by name, as I provide
some details regarding my experience. There are many writers for
content websites and those who are publishing their self-authored
eBooks who have at-times, experienced the bad side of dealing with
online business entities, just as I have. For many, this results in
them putting a halt to their efforts in attempting to publish
successfully because they literally feel as if they have hit a wall
that hinders their ability to grow as aspiring writers. This is
especially true when they have several bad experiences with
e-commerce publishing companies, which can leave them with a bad
impression in-general, toward businesses that are within this
field. It is my opinion, that just about any negative online
experience in publishing, can present positive possibilities and
certainly not all publishing opportunities are potentially negative
because many have great potential and are offered by highly ethical
companies. With this said, it sometimes requires honest-but-shrewd
thinking and a determination to move forward regardless of any
setbacks that might be experienced by developing authors. Much of
what I relate within the headings of this book, is in regard to a
content website I previously wrote for that is actually reputable
and that does display a high level of online quality. My experience
with the site CEO/owner, does not necessarily detract from the
aspects they have gained toward positive online presence. It does
however, demonstrate the fact that authors/writers who contribute
to them, are not always recognized for the essential part they may
play in building and sustaining their visitor-traffic via their
published articles. When content contributors recognize a downward
trend in treatment from the administration of websites they enter
into contract with, they should seriously consider taking some
degree of action to overcome it, as an obstacle to their own growth
as authors. Over time, this can make a difference within the field
of content websites in-general, who should be willing to offer
contracts/agreements that are reasonably beneficial to writers and
treatment toward them that is reasonably fair for their hard work.
Certainly content websites should also protect their own interests
and should be recognized for having the authority to correct their
contract contributors and to also reprimand them when it becomes
necessary. If such a relationship becomes unreasonably imbalanced
in the favor of either party, the slighted party should be prepared
to seek resolution to the problem. In-short, I believe it is
important for sincere writers to move forward from negative
experiences they may have in regard to online publishing, which is
the subject of this book. It is my sincere hope that the personal
experience I relate within the headings that follow and the advice
I add to my related experience, will offer a bit of positive
inspiration to my fellow online publishers, who are simply seeking
to enter into honest relationships with ethical e-commerce
companies. HEADINGS: 1. My First Experience as an Editor for a High

(Approximately 6,000 words in length.) Why would I see the need to
write about a horrible "bizarre bullying" experience, that I had as
a teen who grew up in the 1970s, rather than to relate all of the
glory days I experienced? My reason, is because I think we
sometimes forget about just how hard it can be for a teen who is
growing into adulthood, to survive the negative challenges of it.
This is true especially of those harsh experiences involving
mean-spirited people, that the vast majority of kids are affected
by at some point during their transition into adulthood. I do not
wish to imply that this stops when we become adults (there are lots
of mean-spirited adults) but kids are more susceptible to "hurt
feelings." We sometimes become passive about how difficult and
demanding this time in a person's life can be. We see movies and
television that turn the sometimes "horrible experiences" of youth,
into humorous plots and comical skits. The fact is however, that
the "teen years" are sometimes not survived by those who are trying
to grow up through them and it is believed to be the most difficult
time in life, according to experts in the psychiatric fields of
study (especially ages 13 and 14). I was one of those teens who
found myself to be experiencing out-of-control emotions at
different points while I was growing up. Much of this stemmed from
experiences that were occurring in my life, that I found serious
difficulty coping with. At certain points, I began to resort to
methods of escapism, including drug and alcohol abuse. These of
course, did not succeed in providing me real deliverance from my
problems but only served to embed them more-deeply into my soul.
These "vices," as some people refer to them, have a real ability to
quell a person's pain for moments at a time but they also make it
far more difficult to deal with them, once the diversion and
numbing effects of them have worn off. They are in fact "dead ends"
that only serve to cause further bondage in the lives of young
people, who have already become imprisoned by negative emotional
imbalances. I believe by sharing one of my own negative
life-experiences -- one that was seriously and
negatively-impacting, I can help to demonstrate how serious these
types of experiences can be in the lives of teenagers, who are
trying to survive growing up in a tough and sometimes cruel world.
I also share what I believe to be a major source of hope for teens
and that which can give them that seriously-needed realization,
that their lives have purpose, meaning and direction. TABLE OF

With the advent of more self-publishing venues, more authors are
placing their written works on sale at all of the major bookseller
websites. This has admittedly opened the door for books of
lesser-quality to be published. Understandably, this has angered
some readers, who also serve as book reviewers. Some are upset at
the fact that the major booksellers are allowing trash titles
(inferior quality books), to be advertised on their sites.
Independent authors who have good quality books to offer but whose
written works are not at the standard of premium-quality novels,
are sometimes persecuted. The fore-mentioned reviewers, are going
overboard in attempting to eradicate inferior-quality books, by
harshly criticizing them, via their written attacks. These are
often directed at the author, as well as book content. Should this
be occurring? My belief is that yes...harsh reviews are necessary
in some cases but how far should a reviewer go in expressing their
dislikes for book products? Should they go so far as to use extreme
ridicule, spiteful remarks and other attack language in their
reviews? I would ask readers, to consider the points of perspective
I have attempted to present as objectively as possible, within the
chapters and sections of this book. SUBTITLE: "Can Motives Be

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Toward the end of 2012, I made the
careful decision to publish an eBook on the subject of "unfairly
unfavorable book reviews," which would be the first in a three-part
experimental series (observing reviewer responses to each eBook
installment). I have never forgotten, at any time during this
process, that most reviewers are people with honest intentions and
who do a great job expressing likes and dislikes for books they
have read. Still, with reviews in some circles, continuing to head
the direction of "anything goes," this experiment was important and
I have no regrets for using it to help bring awareness to proper
versus improper book reviewing practices.

While the solution I offer to the growing problem of
restaurant-patrons blowing their noses outwardly and openly within
public dinning rooms, is simple and that I could have easily stated
within a single paragraph, this would be a lost opportunity. I say
this because my example and solution for only one problem we may
experience during our stay at a public eatery, is simply that..."an
example." I am using what might be the single most disgusting
behavioral act that can be perpetrated but not hidden, by a fellow
restaurant-patron, being that of "dinning room nose blowing." My
purpose being to set a type of standard for correction of similar
problems. Certainly we could instead report undesirable behaviors
to the staff of a food service establishment. We could simply ask
them to speak to the offending patron, requesting that they desist
their gross or offensive activity, while keeping us anonymous. My
question however, would be to ask if this would be the best way to
send corrective admonition? I think not. ... (JUST A TASTE OF WHAT

________________________________________ **The History Behind these
Comedy/Satire Books**: While my largest base of book titles are on
health disorder subjects, I also have a significant number of
business-related titles published, as well as many on Christian
Bible theology. Before I began publishing in any of these serious
genres, which I do feel are my most important ones, I tried my hand
at comedy via online articles I wrote in years previous. Having
kept these comedy pieces I wrote, in saved files after taking them
offline, I decided to revive them by publishing them in eBook and
paperback form. I did have to tweak them and edit them a bit but I
managed to give them that Percy P. III flavor. Of course as real
the author (James M. Lowrance), I think they're pretty funny and
relatives who I shared them with, confirmed this evaluation -- so I
decided to offer them to the world. With them being so different
from my serious subject books, I assigned a pen name to them as
well, being "Percyvelle Pennington the Third." He seems more like
the guy who wrote them, than I do. Percy is a snide type guy and he
is arrogant; traits that I hopefully never display in real life He
does make his points known in his memoirs but in strangely comical
ways (the intention).
The book is also a section found in my 3-part book titled: "Wars
Between Book Reviewers and Authors" Why?, you might ask and maybe
even in a mean-sounding voice "How Dare I write about such a touchy
subject as Book Reviewing?" I would answer that I'm not daring to
but rather I am being guided to do it. That unseen substance we
might call "Literary Inspiration," "The Guiding Hand of
Inspirational Writing" or "I Got an Itch to Write Something," is
driving me and I can all but resist it. There are apparently
readers out there who need this material to fill a void that can be
satisfied by nothing else and I am called upon to fill them up. I
am the gas station of words and they are the empty tanks needing
the fuel of inspiration... (YES, there's much more ) Here's an
example of what you'll get in this power-packed instructional
resource with over 2,780 words, on how to avoid those nasty book

________________________________________ A note from Percy's evil
twin (James M. Lowrance): With these comedies being so different
from my serious subject books, I assigned a pen name to them as
well, being "Percyvelle Pennington the Third." He seems more like
the guy who wrote them, than I do. Percy is a snide type guy and he
is arrogant; traits that I hopefully never display in real life He
does make his points known in his memoirs but in strangely comical
ways. A "cheerful heart is a good medicine" according to the Holy
Bible, and "laughter is the best medicine" according to Reader's
Digest. My thoughts were, that if I could take a few serious or
controversial subjects via my compiled articles and create a little
comedy from them that makes people smile or laugh, it would be
something worth publishing. With the debates going on within these
subjects, between people expressing the pros and cons of them, it
is my hope that I can lighten the rhetoric a bit by injecting some
humor into them. These booklets ARE NOT intended to offend anyone
and if you'll notice, I make fun of everyone in them, via my alter
writing personality -- Percy P. III. It is my hope that readers
find the medicine of laughter and cheer within the pages of them,
so that they can escape the stressors of life for just a little
while
This book (Approx. 154,172 words in length -- 113 Chapters)
contains many of my book titles on the subject of Holy Bible
doctrines from a fundamental Christian faith perspective. While
some chapters include aspects of what some Christians refer to as
"Pentecostal" or "Charismatic" beliefs, due to mentions of
miraculous events and of the supernatural "gifts of the Spirit" as
described in the New Testament, the majority of Bible teachings
included, are beliefs held by a majority of fundamental Christian
believers but with aspects included that you do not often hear
coming from the pulpits of most evangelical churches due to the
sometimes controversial nature behind them. If there is obviously
well established scriptural-backing for doctrines that are taught
within their proper biblical contexts, Christian believers should
be given a chance to understand them as fully as God's Word permits
and by revelation of the truths within them, as guided by the Holy
Spirit. Certainly, I do not claim to have any sort of
extra-revelation as a "special teacher" or as a self-proclaimed
prophet of some type. I am simply a graduate of theological studies
and a Bible teacher who has served in non-pastoral teaching
positions and as a guest speaker to fundamental Christian churches,
beginning in my youth. My calling has actually been to teach as a
layperson, when opportunity was given and to use the avenue of
writing to express these teachings as God has inspired me to do so.
My belief is that God opened to me some of the deeper aspects of
these doctrines as he has for many others, due to my intense desire
to learn from His Word and to share it with others. Do I make
mistakes as I present teaching from God's Word? I certainly do
however, I approach the teaching of God's Word with great reverence
for it and for God who inspired it and I am extremely cautious to
teach only that which I truly and with firm conviction, believe to
be what God's Word actually reveals. While there are certainly
false preachers and teachers who purposefully pervert God's Word or
who teach it from an evil motive, there are also sincere teachers
like myself whose humanity causes them to make those occasional
mistakes that are unintentional but inevitable. While it has
sometimes been implied by Christians in some circles, that someone
who is truly led by God's Spirit can never be in error or mistaken
while under His Anointing to teach or preach, the fact is that
while the human element is involved, man never becomes infallible
when sharing truths (especially the finer points) from God's Word.
With these statements in mind, I simply ask readers of this book to
cautiously study the teachings I offer and to pray for God's
leading, while comparing my commentaries to what the scriptures are
saying on each subject addressed. Space is provided at the bottom
of pages for notes to be added by the reader. SECTION ONE (9

This book (approx. 9,290 in length) is also a section found in my
more comprehensive resource titled: "The Everything Adenal Fatigue
Book " and is being made available for readers interested in
natural and prescribed treatments for Adrenal Fatigue,
specifically. This book is compiled from articles I wrote on the
subject of adrenal fatigue between the years 2005 and 2009 that
contain information on conditions commonly related to the syndrome,
with emphasis on treatments that are available, of both the
prescribed and natural types. Included in the information is
discussion on the most suspected causes for diminished adrenal
gland function, resulting in symptoms. Within these discussions, I
point out both the successes and failures reported by medical
research groups, who have tested the efficacy of cortisol steroid
hormone treatments for patients with sub-clinical forms of adrenal
insufficiency. I also discuss the positive results that other
adrenal fatigue patients experience with alternative and natural
self-treatments. The importance for recognition by the medical
community for adrenal fatigue syndromes is also an included aspect
within the chapters that follow and I dedicate most of the final
chapter in this book, to the subject of conventional-medical versus
alternative-natural treatments, pointing out the reality that both
can be positive or negative, depending on each case they are
administered for. This latter aspect is not included, to confuse
the reader but to simply point out that patient-individuality comes
into play, as well as trial and error, when superior treatments are
being sought for individuals with adrenal fatigue syndromes. The
point is hopefully conveyed adequately, that options for treatments
are not restricted to one type but that some adrenal fatigue
patients can respond favorably to more that one type treatment or
in some cases, to a combination of them. Through patient
self-education and pro activeness, optimal treatment can be found
but understanding the causes of adrenal fatigue for an individual
and knowing whether or not there are co morbid conditions present
(related, coexisting ones) can help with the determination for
treatment options. With thyroid disease being common in adrenal
fatigue sufferers, I also dedicate a portion of the information
that follows, to the relationship of thyroid to adrenal function.
It is my sincere hope that readers will benefit from the
information contained within the chapters of this book. CONTENTS:
CHAPTER 1: Adrenal Fatigue by Any Other Name CHAPTER 2: Adrenal
Fatigue and Thyroid Patients CHAPTER 3: Balancing Adrenal Fatigue
Treatment with Hypothyroid Therapy CHAPTER 4: Adrenal Fatigue or
"Hypocortisolemia" CHAPTER 5: CFS, Fibromyalgia and Low Cortisol
CHAPTER 6: Conditions That Cause Mild Adrenal Insufficiency CHAPTER
7: Cortisol & DHEA Supplements for Adrenal Fatigue CHAPTER 8:
The Role Stress in Diseases and Syndromes CHAPTER 9: Another Look
at Adrenal Fatigue Treatments CHAPTER 10: The Importance in
Confirming Treatment Information
Many thyroid disease patients become aware of the fact that they
are at an increased risk for developing thyroid malignancy but they
are unsure how much that risk increases following diagnosis of
their thyroid condition. Within the chapters of this book, I offer
information regarding these increased risk factors, backed by
reputable medical information sources. Also included is information
regarding thyroid cancer prevention, detection and treatments. I
believe this information may offer some comfort to thyroid disease
patients but it will also help them to know what to look for
regarding signs and symptoms of these higher-risk diseases and
possibly to know what blood tests or other medical evaluations they
may wish to request from their doctors should they suspect the
possible onset of a malignant thyroid disease. Included are quotes
from medical research studies found on the U.S. National Institutes
of Health website (reprints allowed for educational purposes). This
book is not intended to be an extensive manual but is intended to
contain information most often sought by laypersons on the subject.
CONTENTS: CHAPTER ONE Can My Thyroid Disease Lead to Cancer in the
Gland? CHAPTER TWO Can Diet Nutritional Supplementation and
Exercise Really Protect Against Thyroid Cancer Risks? CHAPTER THREE
Supplementing with Selenium CHAPTER FOUR Monitoring for Thyroid
Cancer Symptoms CHAPTER FIVE Thyroid Cancer Treatments
It was not my intention to come across offensive in writing the
chapters of this book (Approx. 19,900 words in length) but to
represent the creationist and biblical viewpoint in a
straightforward fashion, in regard to its opposition to aspects of
evolutionary theory. It is my sincere hope that readers of this
book, from either side of the debate regarding Creationism versus
the Theory of Evolution, will find inspiration to ponder the points
I have offered within its chapters. CHAPTER ONE: Creation Vs
Evolution Starting With Common Sense CHAPTER TWO: Age of the Earth
and the Origin of Evil CHAPTER THREE: The Importance in Bible
