with answers in college format. This Work is a continuing and
ongoing development of my copyrighted lecture series for both
industry and classroom. 1926.1 Purpose and scope is address by the
use of generally sequential multiple-choice questions paralleling
the published text of the source document, the Government Printing
Office edition of 1926 Subpart A. 1926.2 Variances from Safety and
Health Standards are provided with text sequential multiple-choice
questions with answers to aid both the Instructor and the student.
1926.3 Inspections-Right of Entry. It shall be a condition of each
contract which is subject to section 107 of the Contract Work Hours
and safety Standards Act (Federal Law) that the Secretary of labor
or any authorized representative shall have a righr of entry to any
site of contract performance for the following purposes: 1926.4

Administrative adjudications for enforcement of safety and health
standards. This standard is also provided with easy to read, easy
