Brett Taylor, a 32-year-old corporate pilot and seaplane owner, accepts a job to deliver cargo for two Russian men he meets in a Caribbean bar. He is unaware of a black market deal about to transpire between the men and the South African diamond cartel. When the deal goes south, Brett narrowly escapes at sunset with the cartel's goods in his crippled seaplane. Days later, he awakens in a Los Angeles hospital with a bad concussion and a serious case of amnesia. It is there that he meets Melissa Martin, a beautiful therapist tasked with the challenge of helping him rediscover his recent past. With his memory returning and the cartel hot on his trail, the chase begins, leaving Brett with the ultimate decision of whether to keep the valuable cargo, or lose the woman he has come to love.
