The Kingdom (2007)
When a terrorist bomb detonates inside a Western housing compound in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, an international incident is ignited. Hamstrung by protocol, and with the clock ticking on their five days, the FBI agents find their expertise worthless without the trust of their Saudi counterparts who want to locate the terrorist in their homeland on their own terms. Fleury's crew finds a like-minded partner in Saudi Police Captain Al-Ghazi (Ashraf Barhom), who helps them navigate royal politics and unlock the secrets of the crime scene and the workings of an extremist, hell bent on further destruction.

Jarhead (2006)
An adaptation of former Marine Anthony Swofford's Gulf War memoir. Young recruit Swofford (Jake Gyllenhaal) joins up with the US Marines (nicknamed 'Jarheads' because of their distinctive haircuts) on the eve of the 1990 Gulf War. After a brutal spell in boot camp, during which Swofford and his fellow recruits are systematically geared up for the conflict, the Marines are dispatched to the deserts of the Persian Gulf to take part in a war that sees them required to do very little in the way of fighting. Bored and frustrated in the middle of nowhere, the young soldiers resort to a macabre sense of humour as they wait for the war to happen to them.

Collection of three limited series. 'The Outsider' (2020) is a ten-part crime drama based on the novel by Stephen King. In Cherokee City, Georgia, Detective Ralph Anderson (Ben Mendelsohn) is tasked with investigating the gruesome murder of a young boy.

Eyewitness accounts and forensic evidence lead to the arrest of youth baseball coach Terry Maitland (Jason Bateman). However, the discovery of conflicting evidence proves Terry's innocence, leading Ralph to enlist the help of private investigator Holly Gibney (Cynthia Erivo), who uncovers a disturbing pattern of killings across the country. 'Watchmen' (2020) is a nine-part spin-off of the acclaimed graphic novel by Alan Moore and Dave Gibbons. Set in an alternate reality, the show follows costumed police officer Angela Abar aka Sister Night (Regina King) as she investigates the murder of her boss, Chief of Tulsa Police Judd Crawford (Don Johnson), and in the process uncovers a vast conspiracy involving white supremacist group the Seventh Kavalry and her own family. Finally, in 'The Night Of' (2016) New York student Naz (Riz Ahmed) embarks on a wild night out with a mysterious woman after picking her up in his dad's cab. The next morning he finds her stabbed to death in his bed. With no recollection of the previous night's events, Naz flees the scene but is quickly brought in by the city's police and identified as the main suspect for the victim's murder.

After he is denied a legal representative, defence lawyer John Stone (John Turturro) steps in to help Naz prove his innocence. As he awaits prosecution on Rikers Island, Naz adapts to the politics of life on the inside while his legal team try to piece together what happened on the night of the crime. Nicole Kidman and Jason Bateman star in this dark comedy drama based on the novel by Kevin Wilson. Annie and Baxter Fang (Kidman and Bateman) had an extremely unusual childhood, with their parents using them as props in their performance art pieces. As Annie grows up to be a successful actress and Baxter an acclaimed author, they return to their family home after Baxter is shot and in need of recuperation. When they receive a call from the police saying that their parents are missing and believed dead, the siblings disagree over whether the news is real or simply their most elaborate performance. The cast also includes Christopher Walken, Maryann Plunkett and Kathryn Hahn.

Jason Bateman directs and stars in this comedy which follows Guy Trilby (Bateman), a 40-year-old school dropout who, after finding a loophole, enters The Golden Quill children's spelling bee and befriends Chaitanya (Rohan Chand), one of his fellow competitors. Due to never having graduated beyond the eighth grade, Guy is able to enter himself into the competition - much to the chagrin of contest officials and the parents of competing children. Meanwhile, Jenny Widgeon (Kathryn Hahn), a local news reporter, attempts to find out Guy's real motivations for entering.

Jason Bateman, Tina Fey and Jane Fonda star in this comedy drama, directed by Shawn Levy and adapted by Jonathan Tropper from his own novel. After the death of his father, Judd Altman (Bateman), who is already depressed after discovering his wife cheating on him, reunites with his siblings Wendy (Fey), Paul (Corey Stoll) and Phillip (Adam Driver). They stay in their childhood home, along with their oversexed mother Hillary (Fonda), for Shiva, the seven-day mourning period practised in Judaism. During the week they each face up to problems in their respective lives. The cast also includes Rose Byrne, Kathryn Hahn and Timothy Olyphant.

Seth Gordon directs this (star-studded) comedy about three long-suffering friends who hatch a plan to kill off the nasty bosses who are making their lives hell. Jason Bateman, Charlie Day and Jason Sudeikis star as the trio, who conspire to murder the bosses (played by Jennifer Aniston, Colin Farrell and Kevin Spacey) who are ruining their chances of success and happiness. However, their attempts to carry out their murderous plan do not go quite as they envisaged. Jamie Foxx and Donald Sutherland also appear.

George Clooney stars in this satirical comedy drama based on the novel by Walter Kirn. Ryan Bingham (Clooney) is a corporate downsizing expert - in other words, his job is to fire people from theirs - and he takes his job very seriously. He travels the length and breadth of the country, racking up air miles and living out of a suitcase, and relishing every moment of it. When his job and way of life come under threat by new centralised procedures implemented by his hotshot colleague Natalie (Anna Kendrick), Ryan determines to show her just how valuable his role is - but instead ends up facing up to some of the pitfalls of his lifestyle. The film won the 2010 BAFTA for Best Adapted Screenplay.
