Alice (Kathryn Newton) and her mother were fine until their new neighbours moved in, but creepy little kid next door Robbie (Brady Allen) and his auntie Katie (Katie Featherston) have brought more than just their belongings to the street. It seems that the demonic presence which has tormented them for years has followed them and is keen on getting to know the neighbours.

Just as Daniel and Kristi welcome a newborn baby into their home, a demonic presence begins terrorizing them, tearing apart their perfect world and turning it into an inescapable nightmare.
