La presente obra aborda el concepto de gobernanza (governance)el cual adquiere cada vez mas relevancia en los debates teoricos y en la practica politica como nuevo modo de gestionar las politicas publicas, a partir de las transformaciones del Estado. Brinda una perspectiva para analizar la complejidad del proceso de toma de decisiones, asumiendo la pluralidad para el diseno e implementacion de las politicas publicas, asi como las transformaciones de los organos gubernamentales y de gestion publica, a partir de la emergencia de nuevas formas de gestion en red para resolver los problemas colectivos.
