Seth is a young man torn by fear and indecision. His life no longer
in his hands, he fears an uncertain future where the only certainty
is a life of servitude to the kingdom. Fortunately for Seth, he is
not alone. His brother Garret too attends the choosing ceremony
where their fates will be decided. Together the twins make their
way to the castle city of Valdadore for the choosing ceremony but
along the way Seth notices a strange new trend in his life. Time
after time strange circumstances befall him in what others might
call a coincidence, but Seth knows something else is amiss and
begins mentally cataloging each new and strange event. Learning his
past is all a lie, Seth begins to fear more for his future as a
dark goddess vies for his service to her cause. Seths loyalties and
responsibilities begin to stack up as he makes friends and allies
and even falls in love, but with the choosing ceremony growing ever
nearer will he be forced to flee the kingdom into a life of exile,
or choose to serve the goddess who swears that only through her
will he find peace.
With a new oath to the god that gave him his power, Seth is
returned to Thurr, determined to set right all of his wrongs. Sara,
prisoner to the enemy king, is drawn ever further away from
Valdadore to an end she is certain awaits with open maw. Borrik,
the massive werewolf champion sworn to Seth has fallen in with
Garret, and together they plan to hold Valdadore against their
enemy at all costs, but both know they will not prevail against the
invading king. Not without aid. From the West Linaya and Zorbin
march with a hundred thousand Dwarven warriors in hopes of reaching
Valdadore before all is lost, but neither know what has occurred in
their absence, and nor will they be prepared for what they find.
Only the gods can foresee the outcome of this battle, and even they
look to the future with fear. With uncertainty even in the heavens,
can Thurr survive the meddling of the gods further, or will fate
choose instead to guide to fruition that which is inevitable?
Facing both peril and failure, Gnak fights to maintain his oath to
the dark goddess Ishanya. Sworn to unite the races of Orcs,
Goblins, and Trolls, he is forced to make hasty decisions as he
prepares for the future as he sees it in his visions. But others
have had visions of their own. Will he be able to conquer both the
Trolls and Goblins and bend them to his will?

with war. From the west marches a mighty foe accompanied by fire
breathing beasts. Worse than that however, the gods are beginning
to intercede in the fates of men and the twins and Valdadore alike
must face blessed warriors of another nation. Like the twins, these
champions are unlike anything Thurr has ever seen before. Valdadore
faces overwhelming odds. Can the twins and their allies succeed in
saving the kingdom they have sworn themselves to defend?
Valdadore is under attack by a relentless foe. Outnumbered and
outmatched, it falls to a few to protect the many. Those blessed by

even they cannot hold forever. On the brink of destruction, risks
must be taken, and heroes of old return to heed the call of their
kingdom. Many will fall. Those you have come to love will be lost.
Is this the end for Valdadore?
