This is Volume 2 of a series of poems, similar but not the same except for a namesake poem about my father. These were all written between 2005 and 2012 approx. Some of these were written before Volume 1.

Not an autobiography, but rather touches of philosophy, the author has taken his life and wrapped portions into useful means by which lives can be lived. Each story has many levels of meaning and is enhanced with poetry.

First volume of a series of two, each containing approx 60 poems. subject matter varies. some poems are repeated from book (to be published) of stories and philosophy of Author. Volume 2 soon to be published.

The author has tackled the concept of Life Energy known as Chi, or Qi, from the standpoint of a westerner. After 40 years experience with martial arts and 10 years exploring treatment of Parkinsons, he has found that the answers can be right there all around us. Acceptance and terminology has been a big limiting factor in the search for healing modalities. This book is styled to give a new outlook to methodologies of thinking about a force that has been explored in Asian cultures for thousands of years, but has only fairly recently been accepted in the west.
