Bream Gives Me Hiccups: And Other Stories is the whip-smart fiction debut of Academy Award-nominated actor and star of The Social Network, Jesse Eisenberg. Known for his iconic film roles but also for his regular pieces in the New Yorker and his two critically acclaimed plays, Eisenberg is an emerging voice in fiction. Taking its title from a group of stories that begin the book, Bream Gives Me Hiccups moves from contemporary L.A. to the dormrooms of an American college to ancient Pompeii, throwing the reader into a universe of social misfits, reimagined scenes from history, and ridiculous overreactions. United by Eisenberg's gift for humour and character, and grouped into chapters that each open with an illustration by award-winning cartoonist Jean Jullien, the witty pieces collected in Bream Gives Me Hiccups explore what it means to navigate the modern world, and mark the arrival of a fantastically funny, self-ironic, witty and original voice.
Lorraine is a saint of the suburbs. On top of trying to save her dying mother, miserable husband and estranged daughter, she's starring as Bloody Mary in the Jewish Community Center production of South Pacific. When her mother's home aide, Serbian immigrant Ljuba, asks for help finding a husband, Lorraine takes on her most challenging role to date: matchmaker. In Jesse Eisenberg's hysterical and devastating play, Happy Talk, he reveals the absurd lengths people go to save themselves in the name of saving others.
Eisenberg's third play The Spoils cements his reputation as a talented playwright whose tragicomic work explores questions of American privilege and the nature of family and relationships. Eisenberg will star in the New York production of The Spoils in the Spring of 2015, directed by Scott Elliott for the New Group's inaugural season at the Pershing Square Signature Center. Nobody likes Ben. Ben doesn't even like Ben. He's been kicked out of grad school, lives off his parents' money, and bullies everyone in his life, including his roommate, an earnest Nepalese immigrant. When Ben discovers that his grade school crush is marrying a straight-laced banker, he sets out to destroy their relationship and win her back. The Spoils is a deeply personal and probing comedy written by one of America's most interesting writer-thespians.

The film follows Mike Howell (Eisenberg), a permanently stoned young man who is content with his small-town life and spending time experimenting with recreational drugs with his girlfriend Phoebe (Stewart). When Mike is deemed a liability and marked for extermination by top government officials, it's time to put his training to good use...
The Revisionist, the second play by the award-winning actor and regular New Yorker contributor Jesse Eisenberg, is a stunning exploration of obsession, secrets, and the nature of family. The play had its world premiere at the Cherry Lane Theatre in New York in spring 2013, starring Jesse Eisenberg and Vanessa Redgrave and directed by Kip Fagan. In The Revisionist, young writer David arrives in Poland with a crippling case of writer's block and a desire to be left alone. His seventy-five-year-old second cousin Maria welcomes him with a fervent need to connect with her distant American family. As their relationship develops, she reveals details about her postwar past that test their ideas of what it means to be a family.

As a consequence, he enlists his long-suffering friend, Mills Joquin (Jesse Eisenberg), to drive him around town on a rickshaw. From his moving platform Binew announces to all and sundry the special performance he intends to give that night. Will he finally live up to his promises of greatness or be unmasked as delusional?
