In this sequel to 'Lady and the Tramp', the original duo's offspring, mischievous pup Scamp (voiced by Scott Wolf), is always getting into trouble. After running away from home he meets lovely stray Angel (Alyssa Milano) and the streetwise Buster (Chazz Palminteri), who enrolls Scamp in the Junkyard Dogs gang.
