Daneben findet eine schwerpunktmassige Befassung mit den Ausfuhrtatbestanden aus dem Kriegswaffenkontrollgesetz sowie mit den "Politischen Grundsatzen der Bundesregierung fur den Export von Kriegswaffen und sonstigen Rustungsgutern" statt. In seiner kritischen UEberprufung kommt der Autor letztlich zu dem Ergebnis, dass die derzeitige Genehmigungspraxis in Teilen verfassungswidrig ist.
