Can you find a story in a baggie of pot? Dylan Winslow needs a

I need a smoke break. Moving At the Speed Of Time is inspired by
the muse, Mary Jane. The stories of an artist, a soul-searching
guru, a lottery winner, and an ex-con are intertwined through a
meandering tale of consciousness, marijuana smoking and human
reality. Moving At the Speed Of Time is full of delightful asides,
digressions, and tidbits of cannabis lore.
Welcome to the world of Realistic Hallucinations. On one hand I
have an urge to explain this book of poems, but on the other I wish
it to be read without any explanation, so take your choice; read
this or skip straight to the work itself. What are these "Realistic
Hallucinations" and how did they come about ? The title "Realistic
Hallucinations" comes from Peter Max's photo collages in the
1960's, and like everything else in this book was appropriated for
my own use. These are word collages. Just about every line in this
work was composed of lines clipped, cut, pasted, and edited from a
variety of pre-printed sources. I stole these lines from all over
the place; Tom Wolfe's "The Electric Kool-Aid Acid Test", Henry
Kane's "Fistful of Death", "Sportsman Like Driving" (a drivers-ed
handbook), The J. Peterman Catalog, newspaper articles, magazines,
junk mail advertisements, etc...And then I added some miscellaneous
lines of my own poetry into the mix...
This volume contains three short stories of speculative fiction -
"Real Life Fiction," "In The Heavens As On Earth" and "Press The
Record Button." Each story explores possibilities at the end of our
known world. Time travel, manipulation of reality, nuclear war,
reincarnation, chance, and a host of other ideas are woven through
the various stories.
What happened in 2012? Where was the big, end of the world event
everyone was waiting for after all? When would the golden age
begin? These questions and more are answered by Billy Hero, who is
on the move. He's recovering from partial amnesia due to his most
recent battle with the Nagas. The story follows him from New Mexico
to Denver, through some Deep Underground Bases on his way to
Minneapolis to meet with his old friend, the Reverend T.J. Clemons
who broadcasts his gospel message from the Holy Mexican Radio Air
Wave Ministry from Chihuahua, Mexico. Meanwhile, Avenging Angels
are administering cosmic justice. The clock is ticking towards
December 21, 2012, the end of the Kali Yuga Age and the beginning
of the Age of Aquarius. Revival is breaking out at Reverend
Clemons' radio station, and three Hopi Indian warriors are tracking
Billy Hero. More information at: http:
