The author really describes his experiences in the government
scientific community in a way that helps others avoid his mistakes.
This is what I call a Utopian novel because I intend to describe a
perfect world in it. You may call it action-adventure, science
fiction, or whatever pleases you, so long as you read it. There is
not an original idea in the book. The ideas that are in the book
are the result of much and varied reading and life experiences.
Many of the ideas that I present are now in various stages of
development, but I improve the science and the technology until I
have the product that I wish. The novel is set three thousand years
ago in Florida, in the Tampa Bay area. Settlers are transported to
this place in an exotic vehicle named Excalibur. It is commanded by
a man named Arthur, who is a direct descendent of King Arthur.
Excalibur is presented to Arthur by Merlin, a very old and powerful
wizard. The settlers build a city called Utopia which is governed
by a computer called Michio. The government is a technocracy and it
is a benevolent dictatorship. The book is small because I have
eliminated so many institutions, government, and religious
organizations. For example, there are no prisons because there are
no criminals. The really bad actors are eliminated; zapped, turned
to smoke and ashes. I will guide you through this and I expect that
you will find few flaws in my reasoning.
