An exploration of the magic of plants, which exists far deeper than
the green and nourishing existence we experience above ground.
Through the lenses of animism, folk magic, herbal medicine, plant
lore, land connections, and rituals aligned with tides of nature,
The Green Arte explores the magic of plants. Hidden below, in dark
and mysterious depths, are the roots of these beings, which connect
to something primordial, raw, wild and complex; this is the mystery
which Josh Williams explores in his second book. Within these
pages, Josh introduces readers to the plant spirits, allowing us to
work with them, in spiritual ways, to create magic and medicine.
The Green Arte will act as a workbook, for the engaged reader -
from herbalists and ritualists, to anyone wanting to deepen
their relationship with the natural world - to grow their own work
in the wonderful and magical bounty that nature and the plants have
to offer.
Many companies have taken steps to improve awareness and management
of safety systems, yet safety directors continue to report high
injury rates. In Keeping People Safe: The Human Dynamics of Injury
Prevention, author Josh Williams provides safety leaders with
information they can use to further reduce injuries and improve
workplace safety. This book addresses five integral components of
workplace safety: Systems/Conditions, Leadership, Behaviors,
People-Factors, and Communication. It recommends strategies for
every aspect of safety management from organizational commitment
and safety culture to improving managerial behavior and working
with union members. These recommendations are based on years of
practical experience, empirical research on the human dynamics of
safety, and seminal studies in social psychology on authority and
conformity. Utilizing the hugely influential and widely practiced
model of Behavior Based Safety, Williams provides the safety
manager with all the tools needed to lower injury rates and improve
safety. Numerous charts and tables, a checklist for improving
safety performance, and a foreword by world-renowned safety leader
E. Scott Geller complement the text.
An artisinal cocktail book by two best friends and the
entrepreneurs who invented the The Mason Shaker cocktail shaker and
whose mission is to bring cocktail crafting out of the bar and into
the home.
Design, cocktail, and culinary enthusiasts Eric Prum and Josh
Williams realized that while cocktail bars have sprouted up just
about everywhere, good drinks still couldn't be found in the one
place where they always mixed them: at home with friends.
So, from their Brooklyn workshop, where they designed, created, and
launched The Mason Shaker, a now-iconic invention that transformed
a Mason jar into a cocktail shaker, they also created "Shake." One
part instructional recipe book and one part photo journey through
their year of cocktail crafting, the book is a simple and
inspirational expression of their seasonal, straightforward
approach to drinks and entertaining: Mixing cocktails should be
simple, social, and above all, fun.
Each recipe is presented visually, in four color photos, as well as
in written recipes, making "Shake" both an arresting gift and a
practical guidebook to simple, elegant cocktails.

In the reality show Got Men? six young men are selected, they
assume randomly, for their participation as housemates in an
isolated location in Nevada. The purpose of their stay is never
revealed to them. Conrad Hogan, an unemployed construction worker
begins to suspect what the ultimate goal is of the producers; Derek
Dixon, Will Markham, and director Charlotte Deavers. When Conrad
realizes that he and his five handsome, single housemates are being
set up for a huge fall, Conrad panics and has to make decisions
based on what the ubiquitous cameras and microphones will reveal.
Among Conrad's housemates are Tony Spagna, the tough New York
Harley Rider from the Men in Motion Series, Leather Boys, and
Alfonso Garofalo, the striking tennis instructor who was involved
in an illicit affair with Senator Kipp Kensington's wife, Louise,
in Exposure. And as a special treat for my fans; my gift to you is
the singer and actor, Chris Salvatore's cover photo. To all his

The sites investigated are all within small towns or villages that
have been the site of continuous settlement since at least medieval
times. Consequently, the excavations proved very productive,
revealing evidence for a wide range of activities and sometimes
considerable spans of occupation. At Woodhurst, a Romano-British
settlement was later succeeded by Saxon and then medieval
occupation of the same area. Fordham provided a detailed insight
into changing patterns of activity in a single location during the
Anglo-Saxon period. Investigations at Buckden produced a less
wide-ranging but nonetheless significant view of economic
activities during medieval times. Finally, the excavations at Soham
and St Neots revealed sequences running respectively from the Late
Saxon and medieval periods through until modern times.

A report on the excavation of a series of plots, defined by ditches
and adjoining metalled roads, in use from the 2nd century into the
3rd century AD. The plots contained a ditched enclosure, two
roundhouses and other contemporary features. A double-ditched
enclosure was laid out further to the west, set within a ditched
compound. Both the enclosure and the compound contained elaborate
'funnel-like' entrance arrangements which suggest use by livestock.
