The main goals of this project were: To characterize emissions from different classes of HDDVs operating in the HGB area. To identify HEs and characterize emissions from HEs. To compare emissions of HEs and non-HEs. To compare test results with estimates from MOVES (EPA's emissions model). Findings and recommendations are detailed within this document.
