Millions of children are on the move worldwide. They are fleeing conflicts and wars, they move with or without their parents to attain a better future. This is not a new phenomenon, but its current scale is unprecedented. UN reports suggest that there are currently almost 50 million children who have been uprooted, constituting half of the global refugee population.
