Josh Cohen is devastated by the death of his girlfriend, Mia. He
knows she didn't commit suicide, as everyone claims, but he can't
convince the authorities of his small town to open a murder
investigation. Pushed to the brink of insanity by the crushing
weight of his grief, Josh will do anything to have Mia back.
Anything. Love can conquer all, but vengeance will transcend death.
Tate McGillis escapes to a secluded mountain cabin with his
girlfriend, Lauren, for a weekend getaway. His romantic plans are
destroyed, however, when he encounters an evil the likes of which
he never imagined. It's not Lauren's husband; he had no idea she
left. It's not the dark, sinister forest that is constantly
changing around them. It's not the undead crawling out of the lake
with a taste for human flesh. It's not even the mutated spirit of a
serial killer tormenting Tate for its own demonic pleasure. A woman
who will only identify herself as Mary Sue Standin is stalking Tate
without mercy, and her powers are unrivaled. She can break his
bones with a thought. She can rip everyone and everything he loves
from the very fabric of reality without guilt or hesitation. She
can teleport him at will, leaving Tate to question the very nature
of his existence. Because Mary Sue is the writer of his story, and
Tate's tale is not a pleasant one.
Haunted: On the outskirts of civilization, three friends break into
a rundown manor with a dark history in order to answer one
question: Do ghosts exist? With a violent storm brewing and the
discovery of evidence that sheds new light on the house's tragic
history, the solitary believer among them begins to experience
unsettling phenomena. Soon, she will discover that the house isn't
the only one with secrets. Invisible: Jolie wants nothing more than
to pass though life unnoticed. Shy and very lonely, she is thrilled
to discover a strange creature living in her backyard that quickly
becomes her first and only friend. She is so happy, in fact, that
she doesn't realize she is being consumed a piece at a time until
it is too late.
Some people have to struggle to stand apart. Some are born weird.
Toby knows what it means to be different. His father and
grandmother are vampire royalty. His mother was a human that
murdered her entire family. Not really a vampire or mortal, Toby is
alone in the world. The only way he can become a true vampire is to
find the Tepes Chalice then enlist the aid of a reluctant teenage
necromancer. Sounds simple enough, right? Yeah. Sure. Here's the
thing; Toby's ex hid the Chalice thirty years ago. The necromancer,
Karen, might be of more help, if only they could stop arguing. Toss
in Toby's thirst for blood, the return of his mortal enemy, and a
horde of wild vampires, and it's hard to imagine how things could
get much worse. Enter the Watchers. A secret organization that's
declared eternal war on any threat against humanity, the Watchers
are the bogeymen to all vampire kind. Homeless and without a
territory of his own, Toby will quickly go from hunter to hunted.
