Diese Erhebungen beziehen sich auf bestimmte Regelleistungen aus allen Bausparten und aus allen am Bau beteiligten Handwerkszweigen. Die Ergebnisse dieser Er- hebungen bnden ihren unmittelbaren Niederschlag in den MeBziffern fUr Bau- leistungspreise. Die flir diese Einzelleistungen gewonnenen Daten werden yom Statistischen Bundesamt an einer Reihe realer, vor einigen Jahren ausgeflihrter Bauwerke verschiedener Arten und Gri:: iBen zur Ermittlung von Preisindizes fur Bauwerke ausgenutzt. Die einzelnen Bauleistungen werden dabei nach festen Wagungsschemata, die sich aus der realen Gliederung der seinerzeitigen Baukosten dieser Bauwerke ergeben haben, angerechnet. Bei der Anwendung der Preisindizes und bei einem Urteil uber sie wird man einer- seits berucksichtigen mussen, daB auf Grund der dem Statistischen Bundesamt gestellten Aufgaben und mit Rucksicht auf die Durchfuhrbarkeit der Erhebungen und ihrer Auswertung die Zahl der erfaBten Einzelleistungen begrenzt und daB die Art der Einzelleistungen und die Wagungsschemata uber einen langeren Zeit- raum hinweg unveriindert beibehalten werden mussen, wenn die Kontinuitat der Ermittlungen und ihre Aussagekraft nicht geGBPahrdet werden sollen. Andererseits muB man aber feststellen, daB z. B. im Wohnungsbau - in den anderen Bausparten ist es ahnlich - die Art, GroBe, Ausfuhrung und Ausstattung der Wohnungen und Hauser mit der Aufgabe wechseln.
