Keith Dorricott is a leukemia survivor. After being diagnosed at a
regular medical checkup in 1988, he was given just a few years to
live, with no cure available. After many rounds of chemotherapy and
being rejected for a bone marrow transplant, in 1997 he was able to
have a transplant to the amazement of his doctors. A year later he
was declared to be in full remission. In Keith's own words, "It had
God's finger prints all over it."
This book tells his story of the ten-year ordeal and challenges
that he faced, and how they were overcome with the full support of
his family, friends and medical professionals. But above all it is
the story of God at work in this one man's life, to accomplish His
own purpose.
Keith still enjoys good health. He is now a retired business
executive, living with his wife Sandra in King City, north of
Toronto, Canada, and he devotes a lot of his time to helping other
people to discover the reality of God in their lives. In 2008 he
added a supplement to this book, entitled "Ten Years Later..."which
is included herein.
