"A Waltz Through the Forest" combines various genres of poetry to paint the picture of one young man's experiences growing up in the Pacific Northwest of the United States. This book is a record of the deepest and most personal thoughts of a person growing from one stage in life to another, and the amazing things they see along the way. Love, hate, passion, ancient forests, nature conservation, and much more straight from one mind to another.

Life is filled with the short moments that define our philosophy. During the short journeys we take out into the wide-open world, there's no telling where your life is headed afterwards. Art of Excursion is a project to chronicle the most important year of my life from the beginning of 2014, to 2015, through which I discovered my passion for wildlife, and the stories from far-flung corners of the Americas and Antarctica. There is adventure to be had out there, and you best be sure that the experience is to the fullest. Volume 1 of this series spans my photo journals in Argentina, Antarctica, Florida, and Paraguay. Along with the high quality pictures on nearly every page of this condensed journal are the thoughts, feelings, and histories of these beautiful places from the perspective of an average North American citizen.
