Vielfach greift in diesen Fällen das Vertragsrecht. Doch was, wenn zwischen Nutzer und Anbieter kein Vertrag besteht? In diesem Fall ist der Nutzer auf einen Schutz über Besitz oder Eigentum angewiesen.
