It seems that when businesses were finally understanding,
implementing, and getting used to industry 4.0, the term 5.0 came
about. Industry 5.0 takes human touch, innovation, and efficiency a
step further in creating a turnaround strategy for corporate
governance. This transformation has brought many questions to the
minds of stakeholders such as when and why this happened. In order
to explore the answers to these questions, further study is
required to understand the prospects and challenges. Opportunities
and Challenges of Business 5.0 in Emerging Markets discusses the
present state and future outlooks of Business 5.0 and aims to
achieve comprehensive insights on the implications of Business 5.0
in the emerging markets. The book also provides insights to
marketers, entrepreneurs, and practitioners to unravel the
opportunities and mitigate the challenges in the competitive world.
Covering key topics such as big data, e-commerce, and value
creation, this reference work is ideal for policymakers, business
owners, managers, industry professionals, researchers, scholars,
practitioners, academicians, instructors, and students.

In the current era, e-Governance has emerged as a most prominent
tool for strengthening democracy. Therefore, in the year 2006, the
Government of India launched National e-Governance Plan (NeGP)
which encompasses thirty-one Mission Mode Projects to automate high
priority tasks associated with rural and urban areas of the
country. However, the government is spending an enormous amount of
funds in deployment of e-Governance; still, the success ratio of
e-Governance projects in India is not overwhelming. The fourteen
chapters within this fascinating compendium act as precious gems,
reflecting light on diversified aspects of the intents converged
towards e-Governance in India via evolution, implementation
challenges, impact on societal issues, development of novel
frameworks, involved legal issues and prospects. This book is an
attempt to investigate the dominating aspects of conquering the
objectives of e-Governance. Moreover, it will also encompass
plausible, reengineered, conceptual frameworks which have not been
discovered heretofore in order to combat with dominating obstacles.
Additionally, it will contain a compendium of knowledge about the
future of e-Governance in the Indian context. The major highlights
of this book are given as followed: 1. Depiction of the current
scenario of e-Governance in India from an international
perspective; 2. Identification of aspects of the successful
implementation of e-Governance; 3. Reengineering of existing
methodologies in order to rejuvenate the existing scenario; 4.
Major prospects of e-Governance in India; 5. Legal issues involved
in e-Governance; 6. Exemplary case studies about successful
e-Governance deployment from pioneering countries of the domain.
Enzymes hold the future of biotech sector by contributing in
research and industries. Enzymes obtained from microbes offer
advantages over the enzymes obtained from plants and animals.
Obtaining enzymes from plants and animal is a costly process while
its easy to rear microbes in the artificial media under modifying
physical and biochemical conditions and they show potential
results. Since there is continuous need for finding new potential
enzymes from microbe which offers immediate use in industries as
well as in bioremediations. The spectrum of amylase application
includes food, detergent, pharmaceutical, leather, textile,
cosmetic, paper industries clinical, medical, analytical chemistry,
distilling industries and bio-fuels industries. Keeping all these
things in mind, the work was focused on finding enzymes from
microbes with resistance towards pesticides, high salt
concentrations, antibiotics and heavy metals for bioremediations
and biofuel productions. Amylase produced by multiresistant
microbes can be used for treatment of effluents with high salinity,
pesticides contents and presence of heavy metals containing starch
or cellulosic residues in pollution control mechanism.
Mosquito borne diseases are an important cause of morbidity and
mortality. Personal protective measures (PPM) been advocated as an
effective tool in protection from mosquito bite. There is paucity
of information about the extent of use, cost, side effects and
perception of people about personal protective measures against
mosquitoes. A community based cross sectional study was conducted
in Delhi using a pre tested semi structured questionnaire to assess
the knowledge, usage, reasons for usage/non-usage including side
effects and average monthly family expenditure on personal
protective measures used. Statistical significance was determined
using chi square or fisher's exact test. Most common personal
protective measure known to participants was coils followed by
liquid vaporizers. A little less than two thirds of participants
were using anyone PPM. Liquid vaporizers were most commonly used
method. Most common perceived side effect was headache followed by
cough, sore throat, allergy and eye irritation. It is concluded
that further research is needed to develop safe, effective,
convenient to use and cheap personal protective measures.
The book "Service Quality in Retail Banking in Jharkhand state" is
the pilot research of academic project which explains the
identification and review of the key dimensions of service quality
in retail banking and to find out ways for the improvement of
service quality of these banks. It consists of brief description of
key dimensions of banking services which measures the quality of
services provided by major commercial banks in Jharkhand state.
This book gives a good understanding of the progress being made in
controlled radical polymerization process. The basic principle of
controlled/living radical polymerization is fundamental to the
creation of new radical polymerization techniques including atom
transfer radical, and reversible addition-fragmentation transfer
polymerization. These discoveries bring new life to the field of
free radical polymerization; indeed, an abundance of polymer
materials with different topologies have been prepared. I hope that
this Special Topic on "Functional Controlled/Living Radical
Polymers: Synthesis, Kinetics and Physico-chemical Properties" will
cultivate new ideas and catalyze discoveries in every reader's
laboratory. This book is aimed to provide information related to
the newest controlled radical polymerization methodology, ATRP and
RAFT, their required components and their advantages and
necessities. I demonstrates that how simple molecule selectively
arrange as different topology like linear, star, multi arm polymers
containing functional groups for various applications.
Mango (Mangifera indica Linnaeus) is known as king of fruits in
India and is considered as one of the most delicious, exotic,
nutritious and attractive fruit. This fruit is recognized as a good
source of -carotene, vitamin A, vitamin B complex, vitamin C,
nutritive minerals, digestive sugars and trace elements. However,
insect pest problem is one of the major limiting factors in mango
production. In the above perspective, this book comprehends the
growth, development, reproduction and spatial distribution pattern
of different life stages to generate basic data helpful in
understanding the population dynamics and management of mango fruit
flies (Bactrocera spp., Diptera: Tephritidae)."
